I’m a regular here and work late shifts, so I usually appreciate having a 24-hour spot nearby. However, the overnight service has become a disaster. Tonight, I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes with no response, only for someone not in a McDonald’s uniform to finally come up directly to my car window and tell us to leave because they were ‘cleaning the flat top.’ As a former McDonald’s employee, I know the standard procedure for a 24-hour store is to clean them one at a time (staggered) so the kitchen can keep cooking on the others. So I know that was an excuse to stop working, not a reason to close the drive-thru.
The noon to midnight crew is awesome, day crew is okay sometimes mess up but hey they get busy. But the overnight staff, is failing. Orders are consistently wrong, items are missing, and if you have an allergy or request ‘no onions,’ or something else they ignore it every time. Which can put some people at serious risk.
Lastly having non-uniformed people wandering the parking lot at 2:40am turning away customers is a major security and professional concern. This location needs better overnight oversight immediately.

10/14/2021 Update: I decided to come back and when doing so noticed no improvements in their lack of ability to clean their restaurant, as indicated by the photos I presented. It makes it hard to eat here for those reasons. So I lowered their rating.
Service at this location was great. The employees got my food out to me fairly quickly. Their food was hot and fresh as well. I also live that their lobby is open. I haven’t enjoyed being force to use the drive thru window the past 18 months.
The only real complaint comes from how messy parts of their dining room is. I don’t think this location has been busy enough to ignore cleaning their tables. Overall though I had a great experience.

Rarely if ever is my order correct at this location, missing simply items like sauce for nuggets in kids meals or french fries. In combonation with the typical mcdonalds issues like a “broken” ice cream machine.

The only redeeming quality of this McDonald’s is the friendly register workers and the fact that this place was relatively clean (which might have just been because they weren’t busy on a Sunday). They actually had accesable fountain machines, but the only things that weren’t out of order were the powerade and Hi-C. Other drinks had to come from behind the counter, which was a struggle because they didn’t seem to pay attention when someone was waiting for help. The food came out pretty quickly, and once I grabbed out my spicy chicken sandwich I realized why. It looked like they tried playing corn hole to put the patty and bun together, then sat on it. They were willing to give me a non-squished one free of charge, which is why this is two stars instead of one. Not impressed with this McDonald’s.

AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S FOR YOUR HEALTH. Not the only bad experience at this McDonald’s but probably the worst. Receiving moldy food and them not even being surprised/care probably tops it.
Edit: they handed us a Blue Powerade per our order, and then also lied and stated they have never had/served blue Powerade. I guess the drink was a figment of imagination.

That was hands down the WORST double cheeseburger ever. Dry, hard and totally disgusting. If there was a timer on that, it expired last week. As a traveler who comes through Roosevelt, skip this place entirely. There is a Burger King and Taco Bell nearby.

If you even think you have to pee do not go through you drive thru these guys take a dramatically long time to do anything I’ve been in the drive thru for 37 minutes because they can’t prepare the grinch meal and if I’m being honest my bladders about to explode so I wouldn’t be upset if the grinch actually paid them a visit this holiday.

This McDonald’s is literally a joke the employees and staff are rude and act like your an inconvenience for ordering and they haven’t had frappes or shakes for about 6 months now it’s always dirty in the lobby and the fries are cold 70% of the time I’ve ordered quick orders like an iced coffee and waited 10 minutes Roosevelts McDonalds is a joke ask anyone who lives here
