the three young kids working tonight were horrible! no one in the store and my food wasnt ready, after i ordered it 30mins prior to picking it up, and forgot half my order. Sandwiches were a mess had to come home and reassemble just to attempt eating them.

I ordered online and went to get my sandwich 20 minutes later. My sandwich was not ready and I proceeded to wait another 40 minutes at which time my sandwich still had not been started so I told the lady at the register to cancel it and refund my payment since my lunch period was over and I could wait no more. They did not return my money and I did not get a sandwich. I filled out a form to complain to the owner and never heard a word from them. Not a good place to do business. Stay away! Would give 0 stars if I could

The young girl with black hair threw her hands up and rolled her eyes when we pulled in, shouldn’t be in any sort of customer service position with her attitude. Staff at the gas station are always nice and friendly. Subway employees at this location are never nice and act like you are bothering them.

I’m giving this place a 1 star only because the service, I accidentally called the number wondering what the number is and a very rude lady who refused to give me her name at all answered. And after I accidentally called, called me back twice, to be rude. And on the website, it said they were an hour and half closed and she took the time to call me just to say to you never called again on accident very rudely. So I do not recommend having accidents with this “business” or you are potentially going to get harassed.

The food was good but I got there 15 minutes before closing and I could definitely tell that they weren’t happy about me showing up. It looked like they hadn’t had a customer in a while, so they had already cleaned and broke everything down. One guy sure let his frustration show. The food was good though!

I have been going to the Talbott, TN Subway for years and never had any problems until lately. Everytime I go in, there are new employees and some appear to be new and they are slow. I go on my lunch break which I have limited time. I went today and the coke/soda machines were not working and one of the employees commented it probably needs cleaning. Very disappointed in their service. The store used to be so busy it was hard to find a seat and now when you go in all of the tables are empty.

Horribly rude service. After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to come serve me, he told me that “I suggest you go somewhere that’s not closing in 15 minutes,” when it was 25 till, after I stood around for 10… Sorry but I can’t come into a restaurant half an hour before close to get a sandwich that takes sub 5 minutes to make? Save your money and go to the Subway in west-end Walmart down the street.

regular subway eater this is the worst I’ve been at . Their sandwich was disgustingly cold, even though I got mine toasted. There’s no hospitality whatsoever. No proper customer service. All the employees were frowning. They took little to no effort to make my sandwiches reach a proper standard. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Find another location!

Came in 2/8/21 around 7:20 pm. Guy kept asking what I wanted while I was trying to look at the menu and I felt rushed. I got the wraps. They both had the chicken. He used the bottom of the barrel little scrap pieces instead of getting a new thing of chicken. I asked for it to be heated. I think he forgot to hit start on the microwave. It came out the same. And it was cold in my hands. I asked for mayo and he said he was out. I’m pretty sure he just didn’t want to refill it just like the chicken. He didn’t seem to know how to wrap them either. If you see this, guy, I’m sorry… but you need to be retrained.
