This Chipotle is always the same thing, never have protein, rice or beans…..They are always missing something. I wish people actually liked where they work because apparently the people that work in this location HATE their job, and it shows when you enter the premises. Food, Service and Atmosphere sucks 100%

Typically I avoid this location as the food isnt the greatest, however I went for lunch today and had to come leave a positive review, specifically for Cam. He helped me out today when my app wouldn’t work. He has no idea how much I appreciate his kindness. I had my daughter with me as well and it was nice to be able to have that learning experience of how there are still really cool & kind people in this world. Thanks again Cam!

Food is good but service is completely slow. The workers are not optimize to their work station. Only one person making burritos when there is a line of over 20 ppl. Another employee always looks lost and confused up front slowing down everything even more. They stop making burrito to load up on food when there is still plenty of food to keep building. I just watched this worker put her glove in her pocket , handle someone’s credit card and continue to handle food. She put toppings on the tacos. She did not change her gloves again. That’s gross. I said “ I’m not trying to be rude but you should really change your gloves. I watched you put your hand in your pocket and handle a credit card” she tried to argue saying she did not put her hand in her pocket and another guy working told her she should change her gloves. The guy was nice but that attitude was ridiculous.

Yet another horrible experience here. As usual, they were out of many ingredients. There were scraps of cold steak left, no fajita vegetables and no red chimichurri. Most of the workers are incompetent and can’t even process a simple question. The place is a complete mess especially around the “clean” forks. I encourage everyone to avoid this Chipotle so that maybe, someone will actually do something to improve this location and I can visit once again. I doubt it, because it’s been this way for years. I’ve given it so many chances and time and time again I walk in and have to leave which stinks, because I enjoy Chipotle in general.

Love Chipotle. Box restaurant which looks like every other. Pause…. dirty tables. The employees seemed to have a meh attitude. Food was bare so they tried giving little as possible. Out of vegetables so not an option. Drink station out of 3 of 4 drinks they have as specialty. No Ice in fountain drink. No napkins were avaliable for customers to wipe dirty tables off. Not a good option

I usually love Chipotle but this store wasn’t it. I was told they are out of vegetables. The steak was over cooked and dry. The man serving me clearly hate his job and was just trying to make the line move. The lemonade dispenser were empty and filthy! No napkins anywhere and filthy tables.

I recently visited the Xenia Chipotle, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My food was charred, and it seemed like the staff were aware of it since they flipped it over to hide it from me. To make matters worse, the vinaigrette was solid, which was unacceptable.
One employee was handling food without gloves, and when I went to get my phone to document the situation, she just threw it in the trash and told me I would have to call web support for any issues. It felt like I was dealing with a bunch of kids who had no intention of providing proper service.
Even the manager, who identified herself as such, was unable to resolve the issue. I had to wait over 30 minutes just for my mobile order because they weren’t using the mobile cart properly.
I’m seriously considering contacting the health department about the poor working conditions and the lack of hygiene. Overall, the service was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Chips are stale, sour cream is watery, rice is hard/uncooked and to top it off they were out of lettuce. Staff was nice though. But every single table was dirty we couldn’t even sit down.

This restaurant is truly something else. The last time we were here, they were so slow that we ended up leaving. I ordered during their slower hours, yet it felt like I was transported back in time with how sluggish the service was. There was zero sense of urgency; it seemed like the staff were just clocking in for a paycheck. I ended up waiting 30 minutes after arriving, even though the app said my food would be ready 10 minutes earlier. The first guy gave me a completely blank look and said they were just waiting to cook the meat, as if that was my problem. After such a long wait, you’d expect the food to be fantastic. I waited a ridiculous 40 minutes, and they didn’t even offer me a drink or apologize. Meanwhile, I had to single out Britney, the manager, to have a conversation and figure out whats going on since she was just standing in the back, laughing and having a great time, doing everything except actually managing the place. The manager, zero clue, zero leadership, zero care. The gentleman prepping my order, with no help, he did great.
