Was the best thing that we end our vacation with. Awesome calamari and pizza. The Chianti was so smooth. In the last 5 days I have the opportunity to relax. No rushing. No staff scooting us onward. We truly enjoyed our meal and the space. Music ++. Tiramisu was the best.

Pizza was very good!! Went here because it was close to my hotel and the pizza was much better than the more famous places in NYC. I prefer this style dough, sauce and crust so I might be biased. I won’t drop names of the pizza places I went to before here but next time I’m around I’ll definitely get it here. I don’t want to knock the pasta but I felt like it was just ok.

A Mother’s Day lunch was perfectly complimented by the delicious food made by Ovest Pizzoteca chefs who left this mom and her 4 munchkins extremely satisfied. From their delicious caprese salad, Carciofi and bufala pizza as an appetizer and salad to their delicious mains; Tagliatelle Fredo, Tris Gnocchi Specialty Dish For 2, Tonno Secondi. They even accommodated my son’s request for a rigatoni with pesto. For dessert? we just ordered everything on the menu because why not end this fabulous day on a sweet note?
A must visit and enjoy with family and friends. The staff were attentive and amazing with ensuring plates were changed and empty dishes cleaned in time for new entrees to make their way to the table. The ambiance was truly welcoming and I could not have asked for a more relaxed and perfect way to enjoy my Mother’s Day lunch with my dearest.

Easy 5 stars for us. We were freezing and starving after a boat tour and craving pizza and luckily found our way to Ovest! It was warm, cozy and the perfect atmosphere. The Burrata, Arugula pizza and Diavola pizza were excellent and we are pizza snobs. I wish we had more time left this trip so we could go again but we will for sure be back.

Pizza was really good! Can’t compare it to other nyc pizza places as this was my first time having pizza in the city. Gnocchi platter was really nice as well. Service was off a bit: the waiter told us we could only sit by the bar/stool area and not a booth (that was available!) meanwhile the restaurant continued to empty while we ate and we were the only people seated in our area. Not sure if I would recommend

We went in at 6 pm on a Thursday night for a quick bite before the Sleep no more show across the street. Ambience and service was really nice, open bar and see the brick oven towards the back of the restaurant. The food was average, the Capriccosa pizza had a pretty soft crest. My favorite was the chili olive oil, fragant and spicy, I enjoyed it a lot with the crest. My partner’s favorite was the free bread. (He finished all) And we both agreed the meatballs reminded us of subway meatballs. Quick service!
