This has to be the worst KFC in existence. They do not know how to work a drive thru if they even have it open, multiple times they have told me I had to come inside to order. Rude and bossy to their customers. Do they realize Popeyes is in the same parking lot? Clearly they do not care if they lose business. If anything it seems they dont care if you eat here or not.

We made an order online tonight and it was a family size order. Went thru the drive thru and was given a big paper bag with handles. The lady was fairly decent. I asked for plastic ware and she said it’s in the bag, everything is in the bag. I said thank you and drive 18 mins back home. The family starts looking for what they ordered and half of the order is missing. We call back up there and they say we are liars!!!! Can you believe they said we are liars over the phone!!! O my way back up there and I really hope they fix it when I arrive.

It always feels its all over the place. They might need to hire more people because if they have a rush you’re going to be there for a while. I think if they get more organized and pay the workforce better it would run a lot better.

The dining room closed an hour earlier than posted. I also had a complaint about the food and spoke with the manager, tge next day who offered only excuses rather than a resolution. Overall, it was very disappointing. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

This is the only KFC near my community. Every time I come here which is often they say that they can’t take orders thru the drive thru so I called corporate to see why this has been on going for so long, now they take orders thru the drive thru consistently. The other issue is they always telling customers that they don’t have certain pieces of chicken when you’re in the 12 noon hour of the day how do you not have chicken available this has happen several times as well and I end up waiting 20 minutes for them to fry chicken. I have concluded that management is the issue. I wish I had another location option cause I really like KFC but the service at Hwy5 location is draining.

I went through the drive through with no one in line ahead of me. I didn’t immediately see what I wanted on the menu so I asked if I could have a minute. The guy taking orders said no because their drive through is on a timer and there’s a car behind me. Since when are customers required to already know what they want? He was polite saying that but it was still RUDE and needless to say I will not be returning to this location. I drove off, I’m not going to order something I don’t want because you wouldn’t allow me time to look at the menu.

This is the first and will definitely be the last time I come back to this location. How you give me 2 wings with BBQ sauce and put my biscuit in the same box with no paper covering. Biscuit covered in BBQ sauce, cold 2 wings and fries just nasty and old. Yep this is the last time.!!!!!

Ordered on DoorDash . Will never again . We got a large mashed potato they forgot the gravy . We got a large Mac and cheese they gave use a small . The skin was off of most pieces of our crispy chicken . We didnt get honey , hot sauce or any condiments for the biscuits , chicken tenders and chicken . SMH spent too much money on this !!! DO BETTER this is fast food it’s not that hard , put love into your job or find another !

KFC in Douglasville ,GA has horrible service. Even though there was no one at the restaurant, they wouldn’t take my order through the drive thru because they said they were short handed. This was the 3rd time this has happened Not sure how it takes anymore time to take the order at the drive thru than inside when there weren’t any other customers. They have really went downhill over the years.

I have always loved KFC, but this KFC (Hwy 5) is horrible . The staff has the worse attitudes and the food is almost ALWAYS wrong. These prices are too HIGH to receive old and overcooked meat, old cole slaw (sour smelling & taste), hard biscuits, and then a nasty attitude worker that hate their jobs. My husband loved eating here, but I keep driving by it. Fired or upgraded the staff members.
