Food is good when they have it. Multiple times I have gone after 7 p.m. and they will be out of something like white rice. Pretty much 70% chance they will be out of something. Even the biggest selling items. Never offer to make it dor a wait time or such. Kinda sucks when you crave it but work til 6.

I was told they didn’t have chow mein made yet, and that it would be a 20 minute wait. They told me to wait in a parking spot, but I went inside instead. I saw them finish a whole pot of chow mein right in front of me, and I was able to leave within 3 minutes. I assume I was going to be made to wait 20 minutes if I didn’t go inside.

My wife and I stopped in for Saturday brunch. We both had plates with two entrees. My wife tried the “Supper Greens” this morning and she said they were amazing. I had the string bean chicken which is good and today it was delicious. I also had teriyaki chicken which is always delicious. The service was fast and friendly. The dining area was clean. Overall this Panda Express location is one of the better locations in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
Update 12/01/23: This is a solid location, however the food during our last visit was a bit cold. The serving sizes were also a bit smaller than previous visits. The employees provided good customer service and the lobby was clean. They need to work on keeping the food at the proper temperatures, the food was warm but nowhere near hot enough and may have been in the temperature danger zone.

I go to this location a lot and am always pleased but tonight is a bit different. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:30 they close at 11. There’s no excuse for the quality of food I received pictured below. First of all, I asked for a refresher with my meal, the employee stated they were out for the night (understandable and not a big deal). I pull up pay for my food and ask for sweet and sour sauces, the employee again states they are out of those for the night as well (still being understanding and not making a big deal I stated that was totally fine). When I got home I realized my chicken was warm but definitely not fresh which still didn’t care I just got off of a long shift and tired and hungry and ready for bed. Only did I realize that I had lots of noodles mixed in with my fried rice did it become a problem for me. Don’t serve others something you wouldn’t even be okay with eating, seriously! I would have rather you said you were out of everything so I could have taken my business elsewhere!!!

Picked up some lunch from this location. They were just opening up and we went through the drive through. The lady was friendly and our food was delicious. It was hot and fresh . They gave me plenty of sauces which was nice considering some locations only give 1 or 2 and I usually order 3 or more plates.

Every time I order from this place, I put a order ahead online because it’s usually for pick up on the way home from work. And it usually takes me 30 to 45 minutes to get there from where I work so I’ll put in an order online and ask them not to make it till a specific time but every time I do that within minutes after I leave my job I’ll get a notification. It says my food is ready for pick up and then I get there and my food is cold because they don’t keep it under a warmer or anything. The last time I got there, my food was just sitting randomly out on the edge of a table somewhere and when I walked in, nobody would help me. I stood there for 15 minutes while people kept staring at me like I was an idiot. I asked three people about my pick up order and three of them just stared at me. Finally, one lady said can I help you and got my food for me. Absolutely ridiculous service. Nobody gives a crap about their jobs or the customers that come in there

I got there to pick up a mobile order, and they were getting absolutely slammed. So it’s understandable. It took a few extra minutes as everyone was waiting for the same thing. As I had a few minutes to wait. I was looking around, and the store and kitchen was ridiculously clean. Clean. I immediately noticed the floor which usually catches a lot of grease and debris was spotless even in the thick of this madness and crazy Rush they were going through. Every member of the team was so kind even though I could tell that they were stressed because things were so busy and people may be a little frustrated. I’ve got experience with things like this, and I think they did an amazing job and deserve to be recognized for it. That’s an amazing team. I was very impressed.

TL;DR: Average fast food at best.
Skip the drive-through, go inside.
The drive-through was painfully slow. I only used it because I was short on time, which turned out to be a mistake. I initially tried to order chow mein but was told it would take 20+ minutes, so I changed my order. Despite that, I sat in the drive-through for nearly 40 minutes and ultimately had to leave with no food because I needed to get back to work.
It appears someone ahead of me ordered chow mein, and instead of having that car pull into a parking spot to wait, employees kept them at the window—completely blocking the rest of the drive-through line. Poor process management and a huge waste of time.

The manager should pick a different line of work then managing people in a customer service atmosphere This Bitter Woman made it seem like an issue to simply mix two drinks together not to mention that they skimp on their scoops of food. I ordered a premium option for an additional $1.50 extra to get one piece of meat is crazy franchise owners should clear house starting with the managers because the employees look abused the lady who prepared my order literally was looking over her shoulder before she put a little bit more meat in my plate.

Food quality was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve been to multiple locations in multiple states. This was the only one I’ve ever had a bad experience at.The dismissive attitude and dismal atmosphere truly was worthy of me taking the time to write this. I would say a meeting on the attention to detail in all of these areas should be in order.
