This location has a morning shift problem. Last 3 out of 5 times I’ve been there, they got my order wrong. One employee didn’t know something was on the menu. Then this morning, they got my order wrong again, and while I was explaining it…. the lady who should not be dealing with people got upset, told me I was being rude and slammed the window shut. So if you go to this location, just know your order will likely be wrong and you will likely deal with at least 1 Karen that needs communication skills and emotion control. I go this location only because of ease. Its the last time though.

Went to get a coffee at 9:30pm using points only for the drive thru to be coned off. Changed the order to curbside and sat for 15 minutes for employees to constantly be looking out the window and quickly ducking back. I got the hint that they weren’t going to bring it out or have the decency to say anything to me. Never did get my drink.
I wasn’t the only one though, other people were waiting as well.

It is what it is. Okay, food. Service is okay. You have to order on a kiosk most of the time which I don’t like. The atmosphere is well 100% McDonald’s need I say anymore.

Always missing items. the only reason i go there because my kids. shawn was the manager, called but no apology or anything extra. 20 minutes drive back and forth. Very disappointing performance.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gotten food at. The food was cold and old. They only gave us one fry when we ordered two. Staff was friendly but the food was terrible. Nerve will I come back here again. The place was dirty the bathrooms stunk and had hair and pee on the floor. They aren’t busy today either there’s ice so they have like 5 customers in 35 mins.
