I stopped here when passing through the area. I got my usual, a spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good, and the staff was cordial. Looks like there’s some outdoor tables available. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I was happy with my decision to stop here.
I went through the drive-through and was in and out of here quickly, which is always good.
Because of the median in the center of the road, getting in and out can be tricky, depending on the direction you’re heading.

The service is always shit, and the last time I went there I had a gigantic bone in the middle of my chicken sandwich. I contacted Popeye’s customer service and was told an investigation was being done, then they ignored me and stopped responding.
No refund for the sandwich, no coupon for a future order, no apology, nothing. Every Popeye’s is trash, but this one is exceptionally shitty and dirty. I’ll never go back there, and I would advise everybody to do the same.

I picked up lunch today and all the food was hot and fresh!! This is so important. The chicken tenders were hot and fresh and nice size pieces. The employees were very friendly. I definitely recommend 10/10. The chicopee location is the best. Boston rd is dirty, food is never fresh and portion of the tenders are tiny.

Yeah, just save yourself the headache and don’t go to this location. The other reviews stating they always forget food? Yup 100% accurate. My wife and I went here twice and both times, half the order was just missing. First time, they forgot a Mac and Cheese plus sides for the meals. Second time, they forget the biscuits and sides BUT we got the Mac and Cheese so that was a teeny bit of a saving grace.
Third time’s usually a charm but I don’t feel like throwing away 40+ bucks again for half the order to be missing. Just don’t go here.

I’d give it zero stars if possible. I love Popeyes but this location always fails me. I always try to give it another chance and even after time it’s still a disappointment. First time was being served raw chicken in the drive thru a few years ago. It happens I let it go. Ordered via uber and they gave my order to another company refused to remake the order to give to the correct driver leaving me with having to deal with getting a refund and now im sitting her 8 months pregnant with no food. My order was only 3 items, to remake.

It all started when she said, can I take your order. The words my sound good,but the demeanor was that of someone that didn’t like her job . Okay I thought. So I asked for a meal and ask if I could change a wing for a thigh . She said No she can’t do that . Okay moving on . They made me wait for almost 30 minutes for my order. Wow . Meanwhile they were having the time of their life . So I decided to take pictures. They would say no to a customer request ,but they were living it up . The cook who looks related to the manger, was drinking the lemonade and making phonecalls. So we are now hanging out front speaking on the phone fixing are head sets don’t forget this people all look related ,well except for 2 younger girls. This is definitely the last time I’ll eat at this location. Maybe I’ll start eating halal chicken or Kentucky fried. So disappointed. Maybe they should hire Mexican people to work, at least the care for there jobs…

Absolutely horrible, waited for 25 minutes for my order and when it came out they messed it up. The nuggets that are supposed to have sauce on them were plain with the sauce at the bottom of the container. I asked for Mac and cheese and they gave me mashed potatoes. Could barely understand what the person at the window was saying as they were chewing gum with their mouth open. They had no soda except for Sprite which tasted like they used tap water for it and was low on the syrup they use. On top of that when we asked for the mashed potatoes to be fixed, they said it would be another 10+ minutes. Absolutely terrible service.

I used to love to visit this particular restaurant because the staff was friendly and always had my order correct. Now, not even close!! We picked up an order last night that was supposed to be a 10 piece with large fries and Large mashed potatoes. Well, all we got was small fries, three small mashed potatoes, three pieces of bread stuck with the chicken, five chicken thighs two legs and three wings.. This order presentation looked like it was created for someone asking for free food. I’m very, very disappointed and not sure if going back.
