My Husband and I did a quick google search and landed on this gem for our dinner date yesterday. The ambience, service and FOOD were excellent! Shout out to our server Tyrel who was very attentive and personable. If you are looking for Authentic and very delicious west African cuisine, this place checks all the boxes. So glad to finally find a place with excellent, tasty, authentic Nigerian food close to home. We will be back with Friends.

My experience was fantastic! We traveled from McDonough Ga and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and authentic. The atmosphere was inviting and family friendly. We enjoyed the diversity of customers. Our waiter and host was Tyrel and he was very attentive. We met the owner and he is a first class guy.

The food was decent, but the wait time was way too long for me to want to dine in again. Maybe we came on an understaffed day, but it took about 30 minutes just to be seated and have our order taken. After that, it was about another hour before our entrées came out.

The staff was very nice, but the timing definitely needs improvement. There was only one other table there, so it was surprising that everything took so long. I even wanted to order more items, but I honestly didn’t because I was worried it would mean waiting even longer. Hopefully they can work on staffing and time management, because the overall experience just felt unnecessarily slow.

Amazing Nigerian Food.

Visited ATL from London and we were craving some Nigerian food. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it didn’t disappoint at all. The Jollof rice, suya and ayamase were lovely. Ended up getting some to go.

Really Friendly service too.

The service was friendly and fast. Tyrell was attentive and he was happy to answer any questions we had. I had the Suya Plate with jollof/plantains, and the Suya was seasoned to perfection. My mom had the shrimp and really loved hers as well. I had really wanted to try Fly Chef and was not disappointed in this slightest! If you’re in the area and looking for Authentic Nigerian food, Then you’re in the right place!

Upon Arrival Tyrel handled us with care and kindness. He greeted us, allowed us to make ourselves comfortable. He was informative with his answer about any question we! It was my dates first time trying Fufu! She enjoyed every moment. Thank you the staff and Tyrel for helping me create a lasting memory with my partner ! Now let’s talk about food! The fufu had the perfect consistency ! We opted for the Shrimp Egusi soup. My goodness Flavor all up and through the dish! It was just the right amount of palm oil ! We had the tropical rhythms mocktail! Perfect balance of Pineapple and ginger. I think I’ll add some cherry juice next time
We will be retuning and sending our friends

First time trying Nigerian food and I can say I was absolutely blown away! Tyrel let us sample some of the soups and I fell in love with the goat stew soup. I’m not a fan of spice but I truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended

Picked up some African food from this spot over the weekend. The food was amazing! Hot and fresh! I really loved that the plantains were not dripping with oil, they were prepared very nicely. I’ve been trying to introduce my son to African foods and he truly enjoyed this meal. Made me wish I had ordered more for the week. Lol. Would definitely order food from here again. Also inside looked inviting and like a place you would dine with a friend or two.

We took my mom to this amazing restaurant for her birthday and had such a great time. The music was on point, the atmosphere was incredible, and the food was absolutely delicious. The Asun was so flavorful, and the Suya meal with the goat combo and ogbono were all amazing.

Tyrel, our server, was outstanding. He made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of our table throughout the night.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. We’ll definitely be coming back!
