I came to this place . Actually I was thinking it ganna be bad experience. I ordered impossible wooper , no mayo . Usually BGs located at such aria are really shittie . But I was watching the lady making food. I usually very picky and strict. I’m surprised for the result. Thank you for not poisoning my food , and giving good service. ❤️

Just left this Burger King with my sisters and I can say this is the worst I ever felt coming into a fast food chain, the two guys who were at the counter stared at us with such nasty faces as if we didn’t belong there, then the cashier had such a attitude taking our orders then proceeded to talk in creole complaining about us to the lady making the food and another guy, I see why they have a now hiring managers and team member sign outside. Fries over salted, no ice, wrong buns for whopper, no condiments. Please do better at hiring better people with just a little customer service experience

My family and I arrived to have dinner, and we found it strange that there was no one there. Then we understood why! The staff is absolutely useless, they treat you very poorly, and the lack of cleanliness is evident. Don’t waste your time.

They won’t let me in with my service dog, they say it’s not allowed. We have been treated very badly. I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s impossible that they won’t let me in to buy with my service dog, I feel very bad for that reason.

Just wanted to use the bathroom and also buy something. I didn’t buy anything because the guy at the counter was very nasty because I had an electric scooter and he insisted I just leave it outside which it’s very likely to get stolen and I even said that there was no bike rack and there was literally nowhere to lock it, and he said “not my problem” Which legally that is his problem because technically, I can actually sue For that because there was no bike rack or anywhere to lock it as he was demanding that I was just leaving it unsecured on a sidewalk

Update: I have added a 5th Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for excellent service and on my next visit to this Burger King they had very fresh Whoppers and an excellent Family Bundle deal enough food included is two chicken nuggets two entrees also muliple fries and onion rings what a bargain for the whole family and for under $20 also the staff was very nice. You can refill your soda free when you eat inside the man without the shoes is gone today and I only saw him that one time!

Its sad what these palces have become. The food sucks. The whopper which ised to be good and a real grilled burger is now just amother microwaved piece of cheap frozen ground beef. If it even is real meat.
Hadn’t gone there on a long time amd my Wife got the craving for a “whopper” but never going back to a BK ever. Not recommend, sray away!

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for years, and sadly, the customer service has always been poor. But my most recent visit was absolutely the worst.
From the moment we walked in, the cashier had an attitude — no greeting, no smile, nothing. I work in customer service myself, and the absolute bare minimum is to be polite to customers, but that didn’t happen here.
They had no ice, so the drinks were warm. I didn’t even complain about that. But when we asked for sauces (since you can’t self-serve here), she acted like it was an inconvenience. At one point, she gave ranch to another customer, then told us she “didn’t have any more.” When we politely asked her to check, she refused — until the manager told her to calm down. Only then did she suddenly “find” some ranch. She had lied to our faces for no reason.
When my order was ready, they yelled out a number — but I had no idea it was mine because she never gave me a receipt or a number. My food was for dine-in, but she bagged it to-go and literally threw it at me. My parents were shocked at how rude she was.
I’ve loved Burger King since I was a kid, but this location’s service ruins the whole experience. It’s not just a one-time thing — it’s been bad for years. This time, though, it was beyond unacceptable. Burger King is a huge company, almost as big as McDonald’s, and I can’t understand why they allow a location to keep treating customers this way. Something needs to change.
