Food tasted badly, Pizza tasted like cardboard and water, The brownies didn’t really taste like nothing, and the service wasn’t really that good either. overall it’s 4/10 experience and would recommend going to little Caesars or Papa John’s if u want good service or good pizza with desserts.

Went to cici’s on Monday and they charged me full price on our buffets. Paid with cash and had even called prior asking if they offered the 5.99 which they agreed to on the phone. I ask the manager to give me a partial refund since I overpaid and she said she cannot give refund due to us not showing them the deal on the website. Not coming back to this dishonest cici’s.

Paid 14.00 for the adult buffet. Not one full pizza out. No fresh pizza everything looked like left overs. I immediatly regretted my purchase. Poor food management. Dont charge customers for pizza you dont have. If i wanted to wait 20 plus minutes to eat i would have ordered a pizza to go. A sad representation of the past. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Came to try the $2.99 deal for November but the cashier didnt even know how to work the cashier register machine and she had a attitude with me and then ask someone else to help her, but she also didnt know what to do and then they started speaking in Spanish to each other about me thinking that I didnt know Spanish but I do. They took so long trying to figure out the register that a lady thought I couldn’t pay so she proceeded to give me $2 to try to pay for my meal….like are you serious it was ridiculous I wouldn’t go back to this location again !

This location was very friendly, helpful and clean. The staff was eager to assist in gluten-free options. They made “pizza bowls” with sauce, cheese and toppings of my choice. The buffet was full and refreshed constantly. And the restroom and game room were well maintained. I also observed the tables were busted quickly during my stay.

Ordered delivery at 530 directly from their website and waited over a hour waiting for my pizza to prepare and at the 2 hour mark I called and was told they don’t do delivery and I had to come pick it up so I payed the 10 extra dollars to go pick it up myself place is a joke

Ordered “extra sauce”……it was VERY light sauce. If I need to pay more just add it, don’t give us light sauce and act like you added it when we picked it up.
