Social media created so much hype…this restaurant fell flat for me. Zero flavor. The best thing on the menu was the porterhouse which was grilled to medium perfection but some help was needed with added salt. The service was good and the atmosphere was descent. The 3 sauces accompanying the steak were just a waste of ingredients-bland for 2 and sweet for 1. The crab cake was mostly flavorless breading with some shreds of crab meat. I did not recognize the equally flavorless sauces. Lobster mash served as a messy slop in the lobster shell but had no strong taste of the lobster even though there was minuscule and minimal bits of the lobster.

We went to Christos for my husbands birthday dinner. He loves steak. We know our meats, we cook a lot at home. We stopped going to steakhouses because we can make same thing at home but wanted to experience a nice steakhouse. When we ordered our steak it was a bit pretentious they kept trying upsell the “better” cut of meat. Then a second person came and said the same thing. We loved our steak. And we ate it with eggs the next day as well. The upselling was annoying. No one wants to be babied. For starters we ordered calamari it was fresh and crispy. It was a huge serving as well we couldn’t finish it. For our sides we got garlic mash and asparagus. We didn’t want dessert because we were very full but the restaurant was so kind they bought out a little crème brûlée for my husband and they sang. Overall it was a lovely evening! I love the different rooms and the wallpaper.

Absolute perfection, all around. I live in the neighborhood, and have only eaten here a few times. Last night, after hitting the gym (and while en route to pick up some to-go food, elsewhere nearby), as I was approaching Christos Steakhouse, I thought ‘you know, I’d been MEANING to eat here again, in the near-term…!’ Having had worked up an appetite at the gym, I decided to just march myself right in, and ask for a seat at the bar, lycra gym pants and all.
When you go to a steakhouse, you pretty much know what to expect, and Christos delivered on all points. The host was professional and gracious. The bartender who waited on me was perfect. I got a filet mignon, perfectly cooked medium rare. It was delicious. Ditto for the large spears of asparagus, which had just the right amount of crunch. And my glass of merlot and garlic whipped potatoes were also excellent.
A number of other people working there would periodically pass by and ask me how my meal was. Everyone there was professional and kind.
If I had just one ‘critique’, it would be that I was a bit disappointed that there weren’t any more ‘special’ potato dishes, such as maybe lyonnaise or au gratin. Typically, when I’m at a steakhouse, I do really look forward to a more fancy type of potato dish that I wouldn’t normally find, outside of a steakhouse.
Either way, this is a real gem of a place to have in the neighborhood!

Christos Steak House delivers excellent steaks and outstanding service,both truly top notch. The only downside for me is the menu including Greek style portions like Greek salad and calamari, which feel a bit out of place for a traditional steakhouse. Overall, still a great experience for steak lovers.

came here for a dinner and was blown away by how refreshing the arugula salad was and how the octopus was cooked. the salmon paired amazingly with the cream of spinach and the shrimps were soo flavorful. the rigatoni was out of this world and easily the best i’ve had! always have to leave room for dessert if there’s a chocolate lava cake with ice cream!! i definitely recommend for a fancy night out or even a casual meal!

Great experience! we came here for a birthday dinner with 11 people and the service was WONDERFUL. The staff was very attentive. The food was beyond good, temperatures cooked very good. Luiz was wonderful and took great care of us. 1st time here and we will definetly be back.

Great atmosphere and quiet. My wife and I went during a slower time. We split some fried calamari that was fantastic. I got a porterhouse and she got the chicken. The steak was great and perfectly cooked. The chicken was good flavor but super dry. Overall I think we would go back again.

Food is superb ! Excellent selections I ordered the signature christos steak for 2 48 oz. One crazy good even took home and heat it up later that day and was still juicy! The slab of bacon wow ! Bacon Mac and cheese good, desert with lava cake wow just wished it was bigger portion but it was perfect! Service was fast got all our plates good timing! Only complaint is could had better hospitality and better on seating arrangements put me and my wife right in middle of room when their were couples booths near the windows wide open would helped us get more comfortable but I guess they really don’t want you too because after the fact they put another couple right next to us when their was a whole open restaurant with tables not occupied nor was they when we left and was rushing us out they very selective on who they show sincerety to if you know what I mean but hey only disappoint of the restaurant itself . Valet parking guys cool too . ♂️

My boyfriend game for the first time and loved it! The food was delicious and service was great. The servers were all attentive despite it being Valentine’s Day weekend. I didn’t get our servers name, but she had blonde hair and was super friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back!
