The best Indian cuisine experience so far in the US! The owner of this place is an amazing person. His hospitality and every little detail about his signature dishes was the highlight. Staff is cool and extremely helpful. The whole vibe of the place is decent and pleasing. Lightly playing music in the background and the lights with different artifacts depicting rich Indian culture make the entire experience wholesome. Being a vegetarian, kadhai paneer was my favorite and you can customize any dish as per your liking. I would highly recommend this place! Do not forget to try their special hand made gulab jamun!

Haven’t been to this location in 8 years. Despite having new management, the food is as good as ever! We can recommend the gobi Manchurian, samosas, and tikla masala saag. It’s BYOB, so pop four doors down and grab your favorite bottle of wine to bring to dinner! It is spiced for southerners, so don’t be afraid to get the medium or hot, as the mild is mild!!

Ordered butter chicken with rice and Aloo paratha. Both were very tasty. The service was excellent and the wait staff accommodating. The interior is nothing special but the food more than makes up for it. Price is a reasonable. My bill came to just under $28 and that is with an extra order of rice. Next time I am in Myrtle Beach, I will re-visit Nirvana.

The food is so good! I got the Chicken Tika Masala and it was seriously amazing! I got a level 3 spice and, in my opinion, it was the perfect spice level. My husband got the Lamb Roganjosh and it was also very tasty. My mom got the Lamb Vidallo and said it was way too vinegar-y. The garlic naan was so tasty! The staff was pretty relaxed and a bit unprofessional, but that didn’t really bother me. My food was amazing and I’d happily go back on my next trip to Myrtle beach!

Order two butter chicken, one lamb curry, and a shrimp curry. Also got three garlic naan with it.

Overall the food was alright, nothing wild. It was fine, the curry’s tasted either a bit mild (butter chicken) or too much like tomato (lamb curry). Was enough food for 5 people comfortably.

The staff was quite slow. While the food came quick, we waited about 15min to order the check before anyone walked by our table. Also not particularly friendly.

Find it a bit ridiculous to put mandatory gratuity for a group of 4+. Usually groups need to be bigger. Service wasn’t worth the tip.

Nice place for an Indian cuisine! Myrtle beach has a very few indian restaurants and this is the best one!

We order saag paneer, kadhai paneer; vegetable platter, roti, naan, fried rice and chai. By far one of the best saag paneer and veg fried rice we have tasted! Kadhai paneer was a bit less uncooked which gave mildly raw tomato flavor! Roti and naan were perfect (naan gets more marks)! Veg platter was an huge portion in which the veg cutlet and onion pakora were the best!
Overall, the food was great! But the service was slow. It took them ~30 mins to get our tea after we were done eating (probably because it was crowded during dining hours, and also probably because they kinda forgot initially and we had to remind them twice).

But loved the food, and the place. Can be one of our goto Indian places whenever we are in Myrtle beach, SC.

It’s been 3 days and I have not had an Indian meal. Ofcourse I had to google Indian restaurant near me and we found this… though reviews were okay but I was craving Indian food, so decided to go.

There was only 1 server and owner. What’s with Indian restaurants and their lack of staff? I have seen this trend throughout the coast and it irritates me, waiting for simple items like napkins, or water or if I have to order again- in short service was terrible

I have seen that they declined customers because the tables were not cleaned.

Anyway, we ordered-

* Egg fried rice: simple yet tasty
* Chili chicken: indo Chinese style dish which was good- 4/5
* Chicken biryani: well, it’s not a typical biryani (like dum cooked or any other variance), it’s more like chicken pulav (gravy mixed with rice type)- but it was sumptuous. 4/5

They have spicy levels up to 10 and I choose 8.

Surprisingly, the food was good, no doubt about that. But service/parking disappointed me

Parking: there are only 6 spots and it was full, I am not sure what to do if you don’t find parking as it is on main road so street parking is not an option either

Overall 3.5/5
