Oh my GOSH!! This is the best pan my family and I have ever had. It beats la reynera, paris, and fénix bakery which are the main ones here in the valley. All the pan is fresh and it just melts in your mouth. The price is phenomenal too and the owner is so sweet you can tell that selling and making pan is his love and passion. Definitely WAY BETTER than Reynera’s in my opinion. The bread here is just so SOFT and MOIST. And the CONCHAS, they’re to die for literally. I just wish they had more variety of sweet breads to choose from.

This is now our new main and favorite bakery, the bread is so soft and it stays soft in the box store for the next several days, amazing flavor.
We just found out they take in cake orders (2 days in advance) regular butter cake (depending if you want it simple or stuffed) and 3 leches.

So, we’ve Never bought pasties in a bakery anywhere that were apparently sold by the pound. Yet here we are, taking 7 different pastries to the checkout and then onto a scale they went. A scale that only read out full pounds. So 2 pounds at $9.00 and out the door we went $18 less wealthy. Very pricey IMHO. One visit was enough. Pastries have, thus far, been at least of a good average quality.

I am not one to be easily impressed with sweet bread as I don’t eat it often but the Concha i had today was by far the best I have ever had, no cap. Normally when I have one I’ll eat half and give the other half to my kids but sorry kids this one is all mine. Worth the drive from where I am to get great tasting treats.
