I was starving and remembered that I could grab peanuts in the shell before my receiving my cooked-to-order meal. Perfect! Usually I order a burger but today I chose a bacon hotdog with a lettuce wrap and my choice of free add ons. Of course I ordered triple mustard, tomatoes, sour pickles, a dot of ketchup. I passed on fries to leave room for a shake with toffee and bacon. I really didn’t taste the bacon in the shake and found the bacon pieces at the bottom of the shake. It might have been better with bacon finely chopped. The grilled hotdog was delicious! I passed on the 2 CocaCola® freestyle machines and 2 choices of ice tea.
The decor is basic white and a section of red and white checked design with framed news and magazine clips with reviews of Five Guys form the ambiance

Absolutely disgusting, food safety is a concern. Literal mold on the lettuce, and pink patty, entire burger taste was bitter

Used to love Five Guys. The quality always justified the higher price, and it felt worth paying a few extra dollars for a reliably great burger. But lately, the value just isn’t there anymore.
My most recent visit was another letdown. The burger was dripping grease all over and the buns were soaked. The fries were soft instead of crispy. When the prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down, it’s hard to justify coming back.
Unfortunately, I’m now taking my business to other burger spots like Culver’s, where I feel I’m getting better consistency for the money.

Placed an online order at 6:36 with a pick up time of 6:44. I had to wait nearly an hour to get my food…. I understand if you guys were busy but it’s not like I was ordering a ton of food. If you’re in the area would recommend going to shake shack down the road. Have never had issues there!

Hands down, one of the best Five Guys experiences I’ve ever had—and I’ve had more than five, if you catch my drift.
It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Contessa, went above and beyond: she kindly explained the new menu options, including the combo meals, and was incredibly patient with my friend, who speaks limited English.
Our food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. As we were finishing up, Contessa came by while tidying the dining area (which was immaculate) and checked in to make sure everything was great. We ended up having a light, friendly conversation, and her warm, funny personality made us feel genuinely welcome.
Contessa is a total asset to your team and made this visit a true five-star Five Guys experience.

Ran in to grab a late afternoon pickup order. Open the door with a smile on my face and literally the staff looked at me like I just kicked a puppy on my way in.
I walked to the counter and the woman who seemed to be handling pickups just glanced dismissively and turned around AS I STARTED TALKING TO HER. All I said was “howyadoingotapickupforWife”.
Another woman who doesn’t even acknowledge my statement, grabs a bag from the shelf, and hands it to me without a word.
It was incredibly off-putting that not a single team member could even muster a single word during the entire exchange. They were practically begging for a robot to take their job.
Owner- I met you a year ago. I know you care deeply your business. Your Tuesday afternoon team was absolutely atrocious.

Price has gotten out of hand, tiny great burgers… Bidenomics really ruined a great thing. It’s still an amazing burger, but you’ll never order a burger here and be full without fries… and that blows, been going since the OG Washington DC location and here we are with a nearly $14 bacon double cheeseburger.

This was the location where I first discovered Five Guys years ago, so it will always have a spot in my stomach’s heart. Compared to other locations though, having visited recently this one is starting to show its age. The service is still great. Food is as delectable as ever (though I feel portions are a tad bit smaller than in the past). Great lunch option while getting your car serviced at one of the nearby dealerships.

All tables were dirty. I had to wipe one off myself and the chairs were greasy. How do you expect a tip and I am doing I hate how they do not have a kids menu here and should add chicken nuggets for kids who do not eat red meat.
