I ordered a 14pc. Spicy. Got home and it was regular(classic). I called back and was told I needed to bring the chicken back if I wanted my order corrected. Why should I have to drive 25 minutes for there mistake. Especially after I told the young man taking my order 3x that I wanted my chicken spicy because he didn’t ask. It’s safe to say that it will be awhile before I return. Popeyes is very expensive to get food nobody’s gonna eat.☹️☹️☹️

I am a general manager at a Restaurant and I can fully understand when a store is understaffed and be patient with it, but this was absolutely ridiculous. My restaurant it’s about 10 minutes away from this Popeyes so I’ve stopped by a few times and every single time it is the same exact experience. Making customers wait 40 minutes for a two piece chicken combo is absolutely insane, Like just close the store at this point. Then the employees are very, very rude when talking to customers, but then they go to the back and just laugh, even though they have 10 people waiting in the lobby for food. In the manager seems to just be on the phone with corporate trying to figure out what to do. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever gone through

Went in because we don’t have a Popeyes near us, and we were visiting the area. From ordering to actually getting our food took over 30 minutes. Kind of shocking for a “fast food” restaurant. Boxes of inventory piled on counters and tables in the lobby. The girl taking our order was rude, and didn’t seem to know the menu. I just heard you snap back at another customer taking an order. She seemed out of it, and annoyed taking our order as well. Just not kind of ruined the whole experience for a place we decided to go to since it was a treat to find one. Food was ok. Not the normal bursting with flavor. Seeing a lot of complaints from previous customers. Wish we had read them before choosing this location.

I was in the Altamonte Springs area and decided to stop by Popeyes. The drive-through line looked long due to the way the layout is set up at this location, so I chose to go inside to place a quick take-out order. Unfortunately, the entire experience took about 45 minutes.
There was one person ahead of me placing a large order, which I completely understand. However, when it was my turn, the young lady taking my order seemed very lost and unsure of the menu options. It felt like she may have been new or simply not trained properly. I only ordered 2 item, yet the process took longer than expected.
After they handed me my food, I checked my bag in the parking lot and realized an item was missing. When I went back inside, they told me they had to make it from scratch, which added another 15 minutes to the wait.
Overall, what should have been a quick in-and-out takeout stop turned into a 45-minute ordeal. The customer service and organization at this location were disappointing. Sadly, this experience has made me decide that I won’t be returning to Popeyes again

When I got to the speaker, I waited over five minutes and no one said anything I had to finally say hello and then someone answered and said wait a minute or you can pull to the window. There was no apology for the wait. It was just very unprofessional so I get to the window and I tell the lady I want a large red bean and rice And I told her I wanted for biscuits she misunderstood and thought I said I wanted a four piece. So she told me hot or spicy, and I was looking at her confused and then she began to catch an attitude, rolling her eyes and all his hand gesture and she said hot and spicy with an attitude and I told her I didn’t order any chicken. I said I want four pieces of biscuits and then she went to the screen and started to change the order and she’s rolling her eyes at me so I asked her for her name she said I don’t have to give you my name And then I asked the manager what her name was. The manager took forever to respond and she was just staring at me and then she finally said Ciara, which I feel like she’s lying cause she wants to cover for the employees bad behavior. This was around 10 PM last night. The customer service is horrible. That employee needs to be dealt With

I really got cold tough chicken strips, hard biscuit and bbq sauce. The girl that took my order acted like it was an inconvenience I was there. This used to be the best Popeyes around. Now, this one is just as bad as the others.

After placing a togo order we went to go pick it up and my wife and I stood at the register for about 15 minutes before I said something to the staff. They got rude and said my order will be out soon. After a full 25 minute wait we got our bag. When we got home it was missing 1 of the 4 sandwiches. When I came back the manager explained I’d have to wait another 15 minutes for the sandwich… Rude staff that can’t count to 4.

What’s not to like about this fast food gem. Well just it’s never that fast but almost always well worth the wait. Got the popcorn shrimp combo which contains a nice portion of shrimp, 2 biscuits, a large drink and 1 side. Red beans and rice is a great side that you just won’t find anywhere else. Nice NOLA vibe with the decor and authentic music. More attention could be paid to keeping the dining area clean. Staff was friendly and service minded and very busy. The electronic menu wasn’t displaying all the menu choices.
