From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcome. The hostess who greeted us was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming — she smiled, made us feel comfortable, and seated us so nicely.
Our waitress, Oksana , was amazing as well — very kind, attentive, and responsible. She was friendly, checked on us often, and made sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude really made our visit even better.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back. Thank you to the wonderful team at Red Robin! ❤️

Overall it was decent experience. I have been to multiple Red Robin burgers the food was nice but had to wait too long also I understand it was thanksgiving but they made a mistake on my order we ordered veg they added bacon in it. They replaced it but had to wait for long. Could have been better managed!!

Red Robin is always a reliable choice for a casual meal, and this location definitely lives up to the reputation. I stopped by last weekend with a couple of friends, and we had a great experience.
The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and she made some excellent menu recommendations when we were stuck deciding between the burgers. I went with the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, and wow—it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The BBQ sauce and crispy onion straws were perfect together.
Of course, the bottomless fries are a highlight. They came out fresh and hot, and the campfire sauce is a must-try if you haven’t had it. We also shared the Towering Onion Rings as an appetizer, which came stacked high and crispy.
The atmosphere was lively but not too noisy, so we could chat comfortably. The only downside was that our food took a little longer than expected, but the server kept us updated and even brought extra fries while we waited, which was a nice touch.
Overall, it was a great experience. Whether you’re craving a good burger or just want a laid-back place to hang out, Red Robin hits the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

The hostesses were nice. We had a large group and they accidentally skipped us. I mentioned it and they found a solution pretty fast.
The waiter was friendly but really non-existent. The “bottomless” sides they offer come out once every 40 minutes only after chasing them down, in the smallest portion ever. Feels scammy.
The food wasn’t great but that’s to be expected, we had hoped it would be a good spot for a large group but the slow service really wasn’t worth it.

First off, the service was so fast, I swear they had a burger-teleportation device hidden in the kitchen. I blinked, and BAM! Burger.
The staff were so friendly, I half-expected them to join me in a spontaneous conga line.
Now, the menu. It’s like they threw every delicious thing imaginable into a blender and then asked, “How do we make this a burger?” Seriously, the choices are overwhelming, in a good way, like choosing a superpower. And then there’s the onion ring tower. A tower. It’s like they’re challenging you to a fried onion joust. I accepted, naturally.
And let’s not forget the funky tablet thingy on the table. It’s like a tiny robot waiter that lets you order dessert before you’ve even finished your burger. It whispers sweet nothings about bottomless fries. I’m pretty sure it’s judging my life choices, but hey, the fries were great.
So, if you’re looking for a burger experience that’s less “meal” and more “carnival of deliciousness,” Red Robin Redmond is your place. Just be prepared to loosen your belt. And maybe fight an onion ring tower.

Server at the bar was alright… A little hard to communicate with but overall nice, probably because he has so much work to do alone, the young blonde host however, was not nice. Get a different job if you’re going to have an attitude for just existing. Food is alright, it’s Red Robin.
