Dorothy is the sweetest! So attentive and met everyone with a positive attitude even though we were a big group! She then (with hands full of restocking supplies) asked us if we needed to go bags and gave us extra fortune cookies. Wish all customer service was this pleasant! I asked to the manager Thai , about white rice because I’m don’t like the Oder rice , she be so rude , and told we don’t have , but I’m asked, who long time to make . I’m waiting , she told me whit a rude answer, minimum one hour, but after 10 minutes the order employee serve the white rice , and I asked to her , why she lied me ? She told me the y make know, but it’s only past 10 minutes, so in my opinion, if management give this attitude to customers, Nobody can help if the customer needs assistance, I’m was there 2 times a week, and I don’t like make complaints, but this time I’m feeling disrespectful. My husband and I have been to Panda twice this week. First on Tuesda. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Stephanie as we walked thru the door. Then again by Suh when we got to the line. They were so warm and inviting! We wanted some sweetfire chicken as one of our entrees but it wasn’t any. Suh offered to make us some fresh. She let Stephanie know and we flat waited. Once the chicken was done Stephanie got our attention (with a smile) and she begin making my husband’s food. I was soooo indecisive about what I wanted on my bigger plate and Suh was very very patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Suh gave genuine kindness and positive energy. She kept a smile on her face as she helped me decide on my items. The food was so good, we ate our whole bigger plates. Because of that we went back this evening. Suh was there and I was happy to tell her about my experience. Suh helped us again tonight and I’m so thankful! She’s proof there are still great people in this world. She is AMAZING and her smile is contagious. It’s not often you receive TOP TIER service but Stephanie and Suh provided us a great experience. YOU LADIES DESERVE A PROMOTION AND A RAISE. Thank you guys for being AWESOME!

There are a lot of good local options in this area, but I generally like Panda and was craving it… welp… I basically got a side of each of the 2 meats, then an entree of lo mein. Also, ordered it online, but it still took longer to get my food (after waiting about 15 min to pick it up) than the people in line. Even had to go back and ask for the sauces I asked for on my mobile order. Stick to the local restaurants around here.

This is a very well organized store from my observation point. The amount of people flowing in (11:30-45) and the staffs ability to keep them moving was impressive. The food was hot and tasted great, and the staff was very friendly.

It’s always fast and delicious. We get the teriyaki chicken full of flavor. I love the String bean chicken, which has the least amount of calories of all the dishes.
