The only thing that was upsetting was watching 1 of the female employees grab the soapy water and toss it around and splashing it around where the food was located. It was an unpleasant atmosphere because thats food that people’s are coming to order to eat. No one want to taste soap. Untop of that it like she was doing it to be seen. If I didnt witness that I would of given this establishment a 5 star..

I had a lunch meeting with my staff today and placed a catering order three days in advance, including delivery. When the order arrived, the beans were missing from the bag.
When I called to report the issue, I was told there is no direct number for the store and had to go through customer service, which took a long time. The representative said she would contact the store herself instead of letting me speak with them directly. This was extremely inconvenient, especially when you are hosting a company lunch.
When she finally got back to me, she apologized for the missing beans but said it was the fault of the delivery driver from Uber Eats because they supposedly left the beans. However, I paid Pollo Tropical for the food and delivery, not Uber Eats, so the responsibility should still fall on the store.
This was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately it makes me reconsider ordering from this location again. I will also be sharing this experience with my friends and family.

I placed an order for a family meal and a side of french fries through the drive-through when I got to the window I was asked to park because the french fries were not ready. I parked my vehicle and the employee came outside with two bags of food. She gave my food to another vehicle, and the person in the vehicle opened the bag and looked through the bag with her hands might i add. The person then said it was not their food and gave it back to the employee the employee then brought the bag to my car. I told the employee I would like a new meal because the other person touched the meal she said why would you want a new meal? She didn’t touch the food I told her I am not satisfied with that and I would like a new meal. The employee went inside, and my husband went in after her. My husband heard the employee complaining to the manager that I’m complaining and being picky about a meal, and the manager told her just switch the bags. My husband then said to them I would like a new meal, not for you just to switch the bags the manager then proceeded to say he is not dealing with this tonight. At which point my husband said you can either refund us or give us a new meal. The manager said you can have a refund and have a nice night this location lacks customer service and empathy not only is it rude to treat someone that way it goes against food, safety policy to give someone food that another customer touched.

I just got out of surgery and came here to get a meal. Honestly this location has the worst management that is rude and unprofessional. I let it slide too many times. I got a grilled chicken tropichop that had hard crunchy brown rice all throughout the meal. That is pathetic in itself. I made my brother go back to replace the meal and they plan on selling the rest of that hard rice they made to other paying customers. He was so upset with how they treated him, he just left without getting sauces because of how unpleasant they are to deal with. I can’t even drive right now to handle it myself but they need better training or to get a new job. I’m fed up. Acting rude because of your own mistake is out of line. They barely fill the sauces, it is not even half way full. Just sloppy and lazy individuals. I will be following up with corporate immediately on this matter when I recover a bit from this surgery. Remember this name and face. ☺️ Avoid this location and go the mcnab location in North Lauderdale if you can, much better service, happy employees, great management, full sauce cups, fresh rice and chicken.

I wanted to say thank you for a job well done to the manager of this Pollo Tropical opposite the Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs. I’ve been there a few times and he has always given excellent service.

I had terrible customer service at this place today, at the register when I was ordering the food and with the lady who was giving me the food when it was ready. This place need more training, how to service the customers, so they want to return to eat there. I understand people are tired working the job, but so are the customers who come to this place to eat.
Note: people were not rude rather not great at dealing with customers in general.

my orders have been consistently wrong… I don’t have this problem with any other location. And when I catch it while I’m still in the drive thru I’m given dirty looks… the only reason I went to this location is because it’s close to me but I will be going to another location instead. The sauces are always filled 1/3rd of the container which is a big waste.

Horrible customer service. Not a word was spoken from the drive thru Attendant, no greeting, no thank you…nothing. we asked for cilantro garlic sauce and we got a dirty look. Chicken was way over cooked to the point it was inedible. There are many dining options in Coral Springs and we will certainly not be returning to this location any time soon.
