I usually like Sam’s Club too much, the only complaint I have is that this is my third time coming and in the cafeteria area I can’t buy pizza. I don’t understand how a place with such high demand has only two employees working to prepare, attend the register, pack the pizzas and also deliver them. . with a long line of more than 29 minutes of waiting. I go ahead to see why the line wasn’t moving and that’s when I see that the cashier had stopped the ordering process because he already had 9 people waiting for the pizzas that the other person had just put in the oven, pizzas that were also not enough for the amount of people who had already paid and were buying… the strangest thing is that the two of them couldn’t handle the amount of work they had and right in front of me at the registers I counted 5 cashiers talking and playing at cleaning the mats at the registers that were already clean because most of the customers were going through the self checkout. I think supervisors should prioritize the areas with the most demand. I ended up having to go without the pizzas. It’s a shame because they’re really good. I hope you take my opinion into account if you really want to generate more sales in that area and are interested in not losing customers.
