I come to this location because its near my home but, Im going to start going out of my way to go somewhere else. Most of the time the order is wrong, they are constantly running out of coca cola, lately the soda has been flat. 🙁
I love a McDonalds fountain coke. But, i just know that I will NOT get that here.
Im mainly writing this because today I walked in to order and no one at the front, the women in the back was chomping on food while prepping, as shes chewing her food as if shes in her “own kitchen” she “LICKS” her fingers. Im mortified at this point, she doesnt leave the area to “Wash” her hands or bother to put gloves on as shes touching “cooked” food with her “fingers” she just licked on. I told the front person what i just saw, supervisor went over and spoke & she turns to look at me.. There should be common sense that you DO NOT do that!! Absolutely, disgusting!!!

Everytime I order form this place it’s always an issue. I recently ordered tonight from DoorDash tell me how I get charged 50.00 for 2 meals a double cheeseburger and 13 cookies. These incompetent workers don’t give me my sauce or include my French fries both my large fries! My burgers are made wrong DoorDash reimbursed me 10.00 out of close to 50.00 I am absolutely bullshyttt right now. Do better.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and they gave me a 4 piece nugget instead. They still charged me the chicken stripe though. Of course I didn’t see it until I got home. Who wants to to turn around and drive back because people can’t be bothered to pay attention. The last time I went to this McDonald’s, they gave me a Big Mac instead of a Quartet Pounder. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to literally read an order from a screen and fill it. I wish I had the luxury of being this bad at my job. If I make a mistake, someone could die, but these people can’t even distinguish between a chicken strip and a chicken nugget. This is the last time I will ever go to this location.

I tried to order at the counter but no one would take my order, but none of them spoke English and they all just walked by me and pretended I wasn’t there. I went out to my car and did an online order. They ended up messing up both the drinks and two of the sandwiches I ordered.

The place is very nice and well kept. The rooms are large, but there are no controls to set the room temperature. It wasn’t hot out (about 55F/12C), but my room was too hot to sleep. Even with the window open all night it didn’t cool down. Also, they only give you two pillows, which were flat as pancakes. We arrived on Monday when there restaurant is not open, and there is nothing else close by to get anything to eat.
