Too bad there isn’t an option for negative stars because this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this Applebees, or any Applebees I’ve been too. I ordered my food online at 8:47pm and the time stated for pickup was 9:04. I enter Applebees around 9 and was blasted with extremely loud rap music like it was a nightclub instead of a dining establishment. I waited at the host station and waited for one of the 4 waitresses standing around by the bar to stop staring and actually come do their job. Finally one girl came up and asked how many? I said no placed a to go order under “….” She said ok and left next time I seen her she was sweeping, didn’t even bother to give me a heads up on my food. I patiently waited for 10 more minutes and was passed by a waitress and still no update just her dead stare again. 5 more minutes go by and I’m starting to get pissed off there’s no reason for 5 staff members to be standing around the bar just staring at me stupidly. Finally the same waitress that ignored me walked by me again bringing someone else’s food and I said “hey I’ve been waiting here for a while for my to go order” she just snapped back “she’s packing it up now” and walked away. I held my composure when I FINALLY was brought my food close to 930! I was ready to leave so I didn’t check my food which is my last mistake. I got home and my order looked like it had sat out for the entire time I was waiting for it, the fries were old, limp and cold and my quesadilla burger was missing the sauce and the tortilla was hard and cold. Seriously looked like leftovers from another customers plate was dug out of the trash and given to me in a to go box, it was DISGUSTING. I tried calling the same Applebees to ask how long my food had sat out cuz at this point it didn’t look edible. I will NEVER order takeout here again. The cook back there is obviously inadequate for the job and needs to be fired. Maybe the manager or corporate could give a class as well on customer service cuz it seems like none of them wanna even be there. Highly disappointed and my food went in the trash after I took pictures. Wasn’t gonna risk getting food poisoning. Do better great bend Applebees employees! And seriously get a different cook/cooks

After needing more time for everyone knew what they wanted it was about 25 minutes before our waitress came back to take our order. Was not that busy had empty tables around us. After order was taken every thing seemed to get back to normal. My suggestion would be not to ask for a little more time. Food was fine well seasoned, cooked to order. Just don’t throw them off asking for more time.

Probably the worst Applebee’s food ever. Ordered steak medium rare. Was well done. Other food was bourbon chicken and shrimp and it was overcooked and dry. Other persons had babyback ribs that tasted burnt not to mention dry. If I hadn’t ordered it as take out I would have sent everyone’s meal back. I don’t know who the “cook” is in the back but they definitely need fired. No silverware with it even though we requested it in order and they forgot my drink. Unreal!!!! Save your money go elsewhere.

Fast service, easy checkout, great food! One of the only places I will order a steak. I ordered my steak medium-rare and they cooked it to perfection. It made me wish to I had ordered two steaks. I am usually hard to please when I order food, but this Applebees exceeded my expectations!

Was ignored after ordering it was my birthday and didn’t get my desert i ordered finally showed up after we was done eating and didn’t get refills I asked for To go containers and for my dessert to be taken off our order since I didn’t get it it took 20 minutes before she came back didn’t apologize. Not the way I wanted to spend my birthday. And the waitress had an attitude no name tag and no manager on the floor

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Upon arrival, I waited for an unacceptable amount of time to be acknowledged by any staff member. Despite being clearly visible, employees repeatedly walked past without offering any greeting or assistance. After approximately thirty minutes of waiting in this manner, I inquired about the wait time and received an indifferent response of “I don’t know.” Such a lack of attentiveness and professionalism is disheartening and significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.

About 10 other customers when we walked in . Waitress brought our drinks and disappeared. She was taking food out to the curbside. Then she put ice melt out . Finally took our order . By this time other customers had arrived. Time went by waiting on the food . Waitress was outside with more ice melt . By the time our food arrived it was cold . Another wait staff brought fresh fries . Artichoke dip was not dipable. Customers, probably 20 were waiting to be seated. We were there approximately 1.5-2 hours . Terrible . Unacceptable.

Came in for my 21st birthday to be ruined by the fruity tooty manager who decided that I can’t drink because my id expires in 8hrs (ON MY BIRTHDAY) and that I didn’t get it renewed yet ( I WORK FULL TIME AND THE DMV WONT LET YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TILL THE ID IS EXPIRED) even though THIER own sign says I’m old enough he decides he not comfortable serving me. Mind you I just left a bar that gladly served me a beer for my birthday
