It may just be me but it seems no matter how much I’ve spent at this location, i always get one of the employees who has a attitude of being annoyed….it really makes a difference on the overall quality of service provided.

Very rude , very unprofessional, not very good customer service skills. I ordered a large fry and wanted one dipping sauce. She said 66 cents , all I had was a $20 she said she don’t have time to break it down. It’s either I have the change or I don’t. I had 0.58 and she still wouldn’t accept it saying that’s not enough. I said I just want one sauce she said oh well and slammed the window shut

The manager at the McDonald’s on Jacksonville hwy (Prothro Junction) was very, very rude to us. We dined in McDonald’s tonight at 10:30, ( I know it was a little late , but we ate pretty quick) We got done eating about 11:03 and wanted to order a 50% of mcflurry off of the app before we departed. (But mind you that the drive-through doesn’t close until 2 A.M.)
So I go to the counter, give them my code for the 50% off mcflurry, and they would not serve me. Said that they closed the lobby at 11. Which doesn’t explain why they couldn’t just serve us, because the drive through didn’t close for another 3 hours..
All in all, I felt as if they didn’t appreciate my business AT ALL and didn’t treat me as if they ever wanted my business back…
And I swear on everything I love and cherish that we were pollite, quiet and respectful. We cleaned up our mess even wiped our table down and picked up anything we possibly dropped on floor or seat…
I don’t recommend eating, dining, or having any interaction with the heavy set guy manager. He has no respect for himself nor anyone else…

It was very bad . The store was close down (just drive thru).they only had 3 people working that day.and my fries looked like they were cooked in old grease.Also , when I asked 4 ketchup,they said they didn’t have any(( Don’t let me leave out they messed up my order also .I’LL NEVER GO BACK BECAUSE IT WAS JUST THAT BAD

It was a Tuesday morning. Or maybe it was a Thursday. I don’t know. You lose track of time in this scorching desert. It had been days since my last sip of hot water. I look off into the distance all I see is sand. As I drag my feet across the desert floor an object starts to come into view. Could it be real or is it just a mirage. I move closer, picking up my pace slightly. The object get clearer. It’s true!! It’s the Golden Arches!!!! I’m saved!! I make my way inside. The temperature change was like jumping in to a perfectly cooled swimming pool. A young woman by the name of Candace was my savior. It’s almost as if she knew I was coming. A full glass of ice cold water and two hot double cheeseburgers were ready for me as soon as I ordered. So thank you Candace. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I laugh at the previous reviews. Definitely workers posting them. This place could use new management and and overhaul on its workers. No customer service! Doesn’t seem like these people want to work here. It’s filthy, the food is not up to par and they never have ice cream or their coffee is broken. You have to wait in drive through forever and you’re greeted with a “what you want!” McDonald’s if you need help just ask! I could run this place better….

One of my FAVORITE McDonald’s, I’m so happy to live close to this one. I dined in for the first time in years, and they did NOT disappoint. Very attentive, always asking if we were okay. They also got my order perfect! Food was warm, I asked for extra onions, and boy, they made sure to give them to me! Food was also out extremely fast. Definitely recommend!
