I’ve been to this McDonald’s prolly over 100 times.. it has been going straight down hill ever since I moved back… idk what or why that is but.. forgetting my fries on a mc chicken meal deal is crazy work.. and now I’m handed a half filled mc flurry I paid 6$ for lol.. i promise if I worked at any place.. imma bless it make sure it’s right when someone’s spending 3-4x what it should cost..

This places is awful!!! They change managers and employees more than they do the fry oil. I have literally given up on the amount of times they have told me to come back and give them my name so they can REMEMBER TO GIVE ME THE REST OF MY ORDER!!! I have had MANAGER after MANAGER tell me to come bck bc they didn’t have something and COULDN’T GIVE ME A REFUND! I’ve even written AN EMAIL to corporate and heard NOTHING back! Do not go to this McDonald’s if you enjoy hot, fresh or you’ll be lucky to get your order at all…you may have to come back another day for it ( which doesn’t make any gd sense, bc they would never know when I was coming) what’s even funnier is I WOULD EVEN CALL BEFORE I ORDERED MY FOOD AND TELL THEM WHAT I WAS ABOUT TO ORDER SO THEY COULD DROP IT IN THE FRYER OR COOK IT!!! Istg I would show up and suddenly they have no idea what I’m talking about!!!!

It’s really unfortunate this location use to be nice. It’s turned into a high-school hangout for rude and begging kids. The associates know the kids so it’s not really policed. They hang out for hours not eating anything making lots of unnecessary noise. I’ve noticed during these periods the food quality declines. This wasn’t the case before.

The level of rudeness from the lady who brought my food out was very unnecessary. I did nothing to even deserve that. I hope they can pick back up again. That McDonald’s has declined bad. Hope the management or corporate will see this.

the worst service, they are spoiled, they changed owners now they are Italians and what they have put in as managers and people to serve taking orders is terrible… especially a guy called Rugby… something like that, because he refused to give me his name… I asked him for some Big Mac sauce and I wanted to pay for it… and he got angry from the first moment I asked for it, he didn’t want to charge me and threw it on the counter…! I will never come back….! These young people who work for these fast food restaurants are not trained and they are afraid of training them! Thanks for nothing

Everytime i come here its an issue, food is never fresh, management is rude. pulled up tonight and ordered a triple cheeseburger. Came out hard as a rock, bun, hard. cheese, hard. Absolutely ridiculous, first i threw away my money by ordering at this location secondly i literally threw away the sandwich as im not eating something thats been in a heating tray for 4 hours.
Update 2/27/24: yet another depressing experience at the Tuskawilla location. Two half filled Sundays, could’ve just gone to another location and ordered one single one and saved the money, gaurentee any other location would’ve filled it up. Issue after issue at this location, idk how they stay open at this point. Is this a franchise? If so where is the quality control, where are the owners of this clown show?, only good experience at this location is the extremely polite gentleman at the first window, hes the only good thing about this location. And i know he isn’t involved in the shenanigans as hes always the one taking orders, not making them, fire everyone else.

So basically came here after my shift at work with my partner. Placed a mobile order for nuggets, fries, and mcflurry, with 2 drinks. Lady was nice on the speaker, get to the window and the man there was terrible. Not even a man, a lil boy by his attitude. he gives us our bag of food and drinks, one of the drinks weren’t even filled to the top, if imma pay like a good $3 on a soda, then at least fill it to the top. He comes to the window, with nothing in hand. Mind You i didn’t even call for him. He opens and i asked if he could fill up the rest of my soda, which he said he can’t. which i know if a lie because i used to work at a mcdonald’s. I then proceed to ask where my m&m mcflurry here and he gave me a disgusting attitude and said “i ain’t done yet”. If you’re not done with the order, why would you go to the drive thru window then? On top of that give attitude. I got my Mcflurry just for it to be oreo and not m&m, and got home and fries weren’t even a large. Do better, fire him to be honest.

Just ordered an egg and cheese bagel at the drive thru – verified that it did come with that “creamy breakfast sauce” – Of course there was NO sauce on it – just the cheese, egg and bagel – For OVER $7.50!! That is insane! Way too expensive. Forget that location. Never again. (no receipt in the bag either ) Thanks a lot.

**UNBELIEVABLE!!! THEY GAVE ME AN ICE CREAM SOMEONE ELSE WAS EATING!**
Today, I went to have lunch at this McDonald’s, and they gave me an ice cream that someone else was eating. What happened was that I ordered my lunch at the drive-thru, and the person did not give me the ice cream. A few seconds later, after I had driven away, I realized this and proceeded to circle the building to get back in line and tell them that they hadn’t given me the ice cream. When I got to the window, I handed them the receipt, and the person very aggressively and disrespectfully told me that there was no ice cream. I attach a photo where it clearly shows that the ticket is not hard to read and that it includes an ice cream. Then, she asked the people who cook to make an ice cream, but magically, the ice cream she handed me appeared. This makes me think of two things. First, they forgot about it and thought I wouldn’t come back for the ice cream, so they started eating it, or they did it out of malice. So, to everyone who sees this comment, I recommend not going to this McDonald’s. Try going to another one a bit further away.
