Walked in and approached the cashier with a smile and a “How’s your day going?!” She responded with a cold look and directions me to order on the kiosk. Uhhh k well… whatever… Took us at least twice as long (to do HER job). The soft taco (beef) tasted watery. They called us to get our tray when the order wasn’t fully ready so we had to go back up to get it (when they should have brought it to us since I asked if that was all of it and they said yes. Untrue.)
Restaurant and bathroom were very clean. Quiet atmosphere for an enjoyable meal with my girls. Property outside looked great with a gorgeous rainbow in view.
Don’t think anyone there speaks English…

Ive never usually had a problem as big as the one I had tonight with this taco bell. Couple of things to unpack.
First the not as big deal, I didnt get asked when ordering if I wanted any sauce packets. I drove up to the window and asked at the window for Fire and Diablo. I received Fire and MILD. Common mistake for most taco bells Ive noticed, even when they ask what sauces they give you the wrong ones. Makes me question what the point of asking what sauces a customer wants if theyre not going to even put any in there or even give you the correct packets the customer wanted.
Tonight I ordered three soft taco SUPREMES with no tomato and a Beefy Five Layer. Roll up to the window, collect my food and park at Freddie’s to eat. Low and behold I open up what was supposed to be a soft taco supreme and found they gave me regular soft tacos. I roll back up to the drive thru because its midnight, the doors are locked to the building, explain they didn’t give me the correct taco. We exchange only to find out after I started driving they only gave me one out of the three. I went right back to the drive through and I have to explain i ordered three and only received one. When I got to the window I gave the lady working the window my receipt. She then proceeds to tell me that I had to “say soft tacos supreme” when ordering. The receipt said soft tacos supreme and I told her I did say soft tacos supreme (its literally one of two things I order, its muscle memory!). She literally told me “well we all heard soft taco”. I didnt push the issue and took the tacos presented for me, with tomatoes which in my initial order I asked for no tomatoes.
There was no accountability taken in the mishandling of my order. My first time in the drive through when I was trying to get my order corrected she did not ask to see my receipt she did not ask me how many I ordered and just made me one taco. Super frustrated with my experience with the night crew. I know this tacobell can do better.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite places for a quick and tasty meal, especially late at night. The Crunchwrap Supreme is my go-to every time. It has the perfect mix of textures with the crunchy tostada inside, warm seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh lettuce all wrapped up perfectly. It’s filling, flavorful, and always hits the spot.
I also really like their nachos, especially the Nachos BellGrande. They come loaded with cheese, beans, sour cream, and guacamole, and they’re great for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). Everything always comes out hot and fast, even when it’s busy.
Another big plus is that they’re open late. When most places are closed, Taco Bell is still serving up great food. The staff is usually friendly, the drive-thru is quick, and the prices are very reasonable.
Overall, Taco Bell is reliable, convenient, and always satisfying when you’re craving something cheesy, crunchy, and delicious.

Its alright, Standard taco bell, some of the price options are higher then other locations but its a taco bell, what else can you ask for. I have rarely had my order messed up, only complaint is most items that have sauces are very lacking in the quantity provided.

Out of 5 items, 2 were right. The drink and the cinabon. My pintos and cheese ordered, I got potatoes n sour cream. 2 bean burritos, with extra onion, red sauce and cheese. I received 2 old bean burritos, they were not warm. Not thrilled.

This isn’t the first time I have had issues with out tacobell. Today I ordered the Mexican pizza combo. It’s supposed to be a Mexican pizza and 2 taco Supremes, I order soft tacos. My pizza was completely destroyed,not cut, barely any topping or filling and I just got regular tacos not Supreme. The tacos had hardly any filling either.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell several times over the years driving back-and-forth from Forest Grove to Salem. I went there last week one day and it was by far the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The people working were super friendly and smiling. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell as clean as this one. In fact I’ve never seen any restaurant this clean but I can remember. The food was ready extremely fast and it was excellent. They didn’t skimp on any ingredients and it was fresh. I usually don’t get excited about fast food but they were doing such a great job had to leave a review.

The beefy 5 layer burrito was warm, tender, supple, and submissive to my dripping mouth. Even if it wanted to say no, it couldn’t. As I put that hot meat in my mouth I could feel the nacho cheese gushing into the back of my throat right before I swallowed the whole load of cheese. I swallowed and then quietly whispered “Live mas…”
It’s Taco Bell. Nothing special, nothing bad either. Got a classic beefy 5 layer and some Diablo sauce to suck down my gullet after getting plastered earlier in the evening.
