This was the worst dining experience we have had as family. According to google maps, this someburros is open until 10:00 pm. We went in just before 8:30 pm with our family after a performance from a young family member that we all attended as a family. We were met with young men in uniform who informed us in huffed up tones and remarks that the dining room closed at 9:00 pm. They all went on to make us all feel unwelcome with the exception of the one young lady, Courtney, who was our cashier, but our family drove from over an hour away and we had a family to feed. The shift manager, we think since she was wearing a different uniform (black shirt), aggressively locked or messed with the locks on both doors, it was loud and startled everyone in the dining room. We were given rude looks and not kind behavior from most of the employees. We assumed that if a restaurant was open until 10:00 pm that it would be ok to go in at 8:30 pm and not be treated like we were the problem. The only person who was professional and kind to us was the cashier.
To feed our family of five people (4 appetizers and 1 combo meal) , it was over $50 with only one drink added. We were served the bottom bits of broken chips, the food was greasy and not good, food was served cold, and we didn’t receive a receipt.
We have always loved someburros as an easy option that we all liked, but this unfortunately changed that.
Just an observation, having a manager and some workers that are not teenagers in the evening, would probably fix this.
Plenty more people came in after us, they did not seem to treat them the same.

Had an issue with my order an item was wrong. Max immediately took care of it and was really great. He repeatedly apologized and made it correct super fast. Top notch and Five star service for sure.

This restaurant has been our go to place for any day dining and convenience. In store dining the employees are always very polite and prompt. This is a great place for take out for parties with family as well as job! related functions . We love the taco platters, chips and salsa. Football season wouldn’t be the same without this restaurant. The management here really gets it when it comes to business.

Sombrero’s was amazing from start to finish. The person who took my order was amazing. The person that rang me up, and handed me my food was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, fast, and just made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant.
The service was honestly some of the best I’ve had….you can tell they care about their customers. I really appreciated how smooth everything went, and I’ll definitely be back.

Just received my order and it’s wrong. I ordered a veggie burro which is supposed to come with beans, avocado, onion, lettuce, and cilantro. I also modified it to have no cheese. Received a bean burrito with cheese. Wrong item all together and I don’t eat dairy which makes this worse.

I stopped in there to grab a quick lunch, and they Were On the Ball!! It was about 11:30am, I work early, so no line. The young lady behind the counter was quick with taking the order, I didn’t time it but the order had to only take like maybe 5 minutes to get to me. Clean place and good salsa, I’ll look for this place before Taco Bell or PhilliB’s from now on!

We love ordering their Fiesta platter for family gatherings. There was plenty of variety, portions were generous and very flavorful. It made sharing easy and kept everyone happy-definitely a great choice for groups.

Went to go order food for 3 people while on the clock for a quick lunch bite and was met with who I assume to be the manager (as she was wearing all black) on her phone behind the register, did not acknowledge me at all, had AirPods in while talking on the phone, and didn’t say a word until another cashier walked up to take my order. I had two separate orders which were ordered right after each other and had the first one (a carne asada plate and 2 enchiladas combo) come out in a timely manner but the second (which was a carne asada quesadilla) took almost 20 minutes, and after waiting a little more I realized it was just sitting on the counter and nobody had called it out. We also got a weird look from the manager while just trying to grab our food and get out, but shout out to the cooks cuz the food smells and tastes amazing
