I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. It was already placed ahead of time getting there, by a good 20 minutes. After telling the lady at the speaker about the mobile order, she told me to pull to second window. Another lady at the window told me that Icwould have to pull up to parking because they werw waiting on the fries. I asked how long it was going to be and she replied it should be about 3 minutes. I proceeded to pull forward and wait. I noticed that they were 4 other cars that was also parked. I watched time go by and no one was getting there orders. After about 11 minutes I walked in with my receipt. The manager says hello as shes bagging things. When she noticed that i was still standing at the pick up spot she asked if i need something. I told her that I got parked for my food and I came in to get it.(This whole time my order was sitting on the go out tray.) She was still bagging orders and said that they were about to head out with the food, which order was mine? I said the first one right there on the tray. She proceeds to start putting my drinks in a carrier. I understand completely about trying to get multiple orders out at once, but thats the whole reason we placed a mobile order was to ensure it would be ready and didn’t know we were going to wait on others orders as well.

Please tell me why I have to pull forward to get my order when no one is behind me in line. I told them no. They said their tracker needed cleared so they would not get in trouble. My food took forever to get to my car. Burgers and fries are not hard to fix in a timely manner at 7:00 on a Saturday evening

I dont normally complain but this is a minor gripe I ordered a crispy chicken and 2 hash browns and one of the hash browns had 3 fries in with it….big deal no but since it was 850am and they dont serve fries at breakfast I am too assume that either they are storing these somewhere they shouldnt or the fry basket hasn’t been cleaned since last night. Due to the color of the fries they dont “look old” its just bizarre and makes me wonder what the food storage situation there is like cause this doesnt seem like it should happen.
Other than having to pull into a numbered spot in order to facilitate the cooking of my hash browns there was minimal wait time.

My APP order went to the wrong location when I was literally sitting in the parking lot of your location !!! There person working suggested I drive to Rainbow City to pick up my food !!! CLOWNS !!! You need a better solution when this happens !!!

The guy that took our order was very scary. He just glared at us. He didn’t say anything but the price, and he mumbled that. This used to be our favorite stop because it’s so clean and had super friendly staff. I’ll find another place to stop now.

I just went through the drive thru there was only one person ahead of me at the speaker I ordered ahead on the app and sit there for 45 minutes to get 3 drinks I finally make it to the second window and my drinks are just sitting there several employees just looked at me and walked off I sat there a good 15 minutes before one of them finally decided to hand me my drinks that had been sitting there the entire time. I told the lady 45 minutes was ridiculous and her response was we have a line wrapped around the building I told her I was second in line at the speaker and she slammed the window in my face. I then realize after I leave there’s something in my drink so I can’t even drink it. Now I would like to mention morning shift is awesome I go every morning and never have a problem. I work in fast food and know how things should flow even when it’s slam packed and this isn’t acceptable.
