The staff is very friendly. The food is great, except the rice wasn’t fully cooked, but the server was more than helpful to bring us mash potato replacement. Blooming onions are what i get as a great appetizer. Very relaxed atmosphere, and you can choose to dine outdoors if you want to catch a great view of the ocean.

It was a really wonderful evening for my husband and I. It was our 11th wedding anniversary. We rarely go to Outback honestly we rarely go anywhere. The food tasted really delicious. The only issue was with our waitress. We could feel that she didn’t want to be there! Only when we left is when she sounded happy as if we were a bother.

I have to say I was worried about eating here cuz it’s a mainland food chain! Well I was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, and the service was also excellent! I had no complaints and I will go back here to eat!
I had to lower my 5 star rating because of the last 2 experiences I have had! The food was still great, the staff was lacking customer service! I will come back, but with hopes things get better!
1. I went to eat here and waited at the host desk a long time and finally just left!
2. The host acted as if it was an inconvenience that I was there to eat!
The staff seemed overwhelmed even though there was hardly anyone there! No plates with the bread, said would get water then never came back! And more! Don’t know what is going on, but hope it changes! I really like eating here! ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️
I am looking forward to raising this review to five stars again!! I hope I can!!

Service was awesome , very friendly employees, food is great except for one, the bloomin’ onion. It’s horrible too greasy very very salty,over fried n it does not even come close to a real bloomin’onion. It looks like someone just chop up a small pieces of onion fried it n throw it in a platter.It’s soo disappointing .

Absolutely in love with this place. The ambience is warm and welcoming. Loved my frozen peach vodka cocktail. Steak was cooked perfectly and I basically polished that Tasmania chilli dish. Special prize to the waitress who was lovely to speak to and very attentive. 5 stars to everything and would love to go back again to try the rest of their menu.

Husband took me here for my birthday. Enjoyed it from the time Nainoa greeted us through the delicious food to the friendly Brayden made us feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing Outback’s. Having both great service and food is a big plus in our books. We will definitely be returning customers when we are in the Kailua Kona area.

Ordered food from this location. Ordered a steak with the potato soup. I paid extra for a bowl of soup and they sent it under half way full. Ordered salmon with green beans and a baked potato. They provided broccoli and didn’t sent the baked potato at all. The cheese fries say they come with bacon and ranch and you can see from the picture they didn’t bother with any of that. They even marked everything off on the receipt like they checked the order. Smh because they obviously didn’t check to make sure. Food quality was terrible. The food was so salty it was inedible. They also didn’t provide utensils.

Had dinner Dec 05, 2022. Arrived around 4:30 pm. Easy to find a parking. But the parking very crowded around 7 pm. Food good. Service a little slow even not that busy. Need patience.
