GRIMEY!!! Was out this way for car related stuff and decided to grab a bite to eat here. Went to the restroom after getting our table; bathrooms were in need of being cleaned up and wiped down. Get back to table and notice the table next to us looked like it hasn’t been swept underneath for a while (not just normal napkins/trash, but a thick layer of dust and dirt). Took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our order after dropping off drinks. The ambiance of the building is grimey! The picture frame sitting behind us looked like it was covered in a layer of restaurant grease and dust. There was crayon decorating the walls: not unexpected as it is a kid friendly restaurant but that’s what soap and water is for. The mason jar chandelier in front of us looked like it hadn’t ever been dusted. I would have taken a picture of that but someone else got seated there. Service was friendly but slow. My tenders did not taste like the ones I’ve had at other bob evans. Kudos to the waitress for bringing me out a big dish of ranch though! My fiancés sunny side eggs came out shining in a layer of grease. Oh! And my rolls were brought out with my meal, which was really not a problem I’m sure the waitress was busy (previous experience at other Bobs is they bring that out before the meal). My problem was that somehow the tops were extremely hard/stale but the bottoms were damp. Didn’t smell good either. This place needs a DEEP CLEAN!

Had their dinner bell dinners for 8.99. Very disappointed I ordered country fried steak. Was cold, mashed potatoes were runny and gravy was very thick and clumpy. No one was in restaurant except 2 elder gentlemen eating alone. Restaurant is very stark and not very inviting.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. To begin, the hostess skipped over us when it came to seating, claiming “she thought we had left.” I had to go up to her and ask her to seat us. Then, our server took our drink order, and we never saw her again. She took orders for people that were seated after us, and people who came in after is received their food before we even got the chance to order. The final straw was when I talked to a manager, she said that she would come over personally and take our order, and she never did. No one even knew which table we were sitting at. We were completely ignored. We will not be back.

Order online and paid ahead as to make you do, it added 20 percent gratuity, I do mind this when they do there job. I arrived 15mins late and my order wasn’t ready. She looked for my order and said they get lost sometimes. I had to wait for my order and was annoyed I paid them gratuity as it would been longer to have her remove it

The last few times I have come to this location they have taken over half an our passed the promised time. While you sit and wait you hear nothing but complaining and clearly poor management. My order sat for 15 minutes and nobody told me it was ready because “I forgot about it” as she chatted with staff and did nothing the whole time. Very infuriating and I won’t be going to this location again. I recommend going to the next closest Bob evans.

Door dashed the Rise and Shine Burger and it came completely uncooked and red. I’m pregnant too so this is not what I needed at all. I’m so upset. Cooking a burger is not even hard to do. I realized it when I almost ate the whole thing.

Delicious food and delightful service! Enjoyed the strawberry peach salad with added peppers and onions, no chicken, no cheese. My friend had a breakfast of hundreds….waffle with strawberry and blueberry, eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee. The service was nice and attentive.
