Terrible! A shame to waste my lunch break going here. I wanted to try some of the new steak items and I wholeheartedly regret it. They looked burnt but from experience you can tell the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in quite some time. I even ordered a back up roast beef slider but that too was underwhelming. I get that it’s a small sandwich but wow! Very pricey meal for it to be so bad (and didn’t even get my curly fries). In fairness, it was extremely busy and the woman in charge was getting yelled at by an unhappy customer (she might have been deranged). This is still no excuse for poor food quality. I’ve never had this problem at the Henrietta location so even though I live in Greece I’ll never go back to the Greece location.

Legit steak nuggets. It’s a fast food anomaly since these must have been slowed cooked. As I was eating I dropped one on my truck floor-mat, then picked it up and ate it cause I didn’t want to go to waste. The curly fries were good this time, but I have had some in the past that were soggy. The drive through service is bad as usual.

I just ordered through the drive-through. I wanted one classic beef and cheddar meal and’s two ham sliders and a peach cobbler. I had an online coupon for a free beef and cheddar with a five dollar purchase From the app of theirs. They charge me for another sandwich so instead of getting the discount on the only beef and cheddar that I wanted to buy because it was get a beef and cheddar for free. They charged me double. Then they freaking argued with me about it and literally would not give me my money back. The lady kept saying that it was buy one get one free, but no that is not what the coupon says the coupon says get a free sandwich with the purchase of five dollars or more. Every time I go to this Arby’s, there’s always some kind of issue. They literally do not do their jobs, right

I pulled up to place my order at the drive thru. I had mine and 2 others orders to make. The girl at the counter asked me to repeat myself at least 10 times and kept asking me to hold on. My order wasn’t complex at all, just 3 meals. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to get my order correct and more repetition, I was told the price and to pull around. It gets worse. The girl who previously took the order asked me what I ordered, didn’t have any of the drinks right, had to get a co worker who also asked me what I ordered. It was such an unnecessarily long drawn out interaction that I was just glad when it was over. Then I see the girl trying to put the drinks in the drink tray and THEN lift the single tray out of a stack of trays. I didn’t feel like I was being listened to at all and the workers were just not paying attention.

Slowest Arbys ever. Took over 25 min to get my sandwich, people in the back taking their good Ole time getting peoples lunches made. Zero management skills, Zero work ethic, asked for a refund and was told the refund would take longer than getting my meal…

I’m here at Arby’s on W. Ridge Rd. they discontinued the three pepper sauce. That’s the main reason I would come here. I just got a double roast beef sandwich and it tasted raw. The fries are cold. I asked them for hot fries, but they were cold so they had to remake them. This place has gone downhill every time they got something good they gotta get rid of it. Bring back the three pepper sauce or I won’t be back.

There is never more then 2 to 3 people working and I feel terrible for them. They are so nice and they do a great job. But honestly the owners need to provide more support. These people will have 20 people inside and a full drive thru with 2 employees and will still smile and thank you for coming in

First of all I want to thank Jose at this location. He was so nice and friendly, and even made sure our food wasn’t jammed into one bag. Do not lose him! Not many friendly people at other fast food places as nice as him.
Now for the food…slightly disappointed but it won’t stop me from coming back. Tried the fried turkey gobbler. Was hoping for a bigger sandwich, it was kind of smashed together but the flavor was ok! The mac and cheese tasted a little mushy but it was creamy so that was nice. Curly fries and mozzarella sticks always on point.

Went to Arby’s today get four beef sandwiches, mac and cheese and one fry. Took 15 minutes to get the food and the only one in line. Then, after paying for the food told it would take 5 mins. About 7 minutes later Cashier opens the window and asks for my receipt back because apparently they don’t have our order because their system crashed. About 7 to 10 minutes from then food finally came out but EVERYTHING WAS COLD!
