I have been going to Vito’s for well over 25 years. Back when bojangles was next door. Idk what had happened in the past couple years but not only has the quality gone way down, the service is absolutely ridiculous. I have called in orders that have not been ready well after the quoted time. I’ve ordered on the app numerous times and each time I come to pick my food up it’s been an issue. I’ve had them try and make me pay again for something I paid for online through the slice app.
Today I came in to pick up my pizza and was told they couldn’t find my order and then was told that someone else picked it up. I had to wait for them to remake my pizza (which is why I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait after getting off work) no apology or anything. I try to give grace but I think this is my last time coming here.

The place is unkempt, dingy and needs a deep cleaning. Theres no reason at 11 am the place should look like the day before with trash everywhere.
The food was horrible and tasted like school cafeteria food. Didn’t taste like fresh ingredients at all, but like packaged/frozen ingredients put together.
They weren’t wearing gloves, there was no customer service and nothing inviting about the atmosphere.

The pizza was just ok. I ordered a supreme single slice. The added ingredients looked fresh. The taste was nothing good or bad. The slice came up to $5. I dont think i will go back. There are way better places in the area.

I’m neutral on this one, leaning towards not returning. Service was okay. The restaurant inside was semi clean – floors a bit dirty, tables and chairs clean. Soda machine was sticky and nasty so I got a little bit of drink no ice – if the soda machine appears grimey as this was, you have to avoid the ice because a lot of places seldom clean these machines. I ordered a chicken philly combo. Surprised the price came to almost $18 for a regular sub with fries. The fries were cooked decent – they looked great but tasted freezer burned. Sandwich was decent but not a lot of flavor at all. I’m most likely not repeating. If the combo was closer to $10 out the door I would reconsider. I would venture to say this definitely isn’t the “Vito” family who opened this place in 1958. All in all, the place isn’t necessary an “avoid at all costs” but I could have just got a burrito combo at moes for less than $10 and felt a little more confident I was going to finish my food satisfied and hopefully without gastric distress later :/

Never had a problem with this pizzeria. I get family in town and I’m telling my friends and family that’s it’s okay great service and good stuff. Today I get a burnt pizza and put on hold for now 15 minutes. Update finally get a person on the phone placed on hold again. The owner: manager stated he’s going to send another pizza !!! It’s been over hour. The delivery service stops at 2100. So. That’s my night. My night is not good. That’s Vito’s. Update!!!!! They came with a new pizza at 2130!!! Vito you saved the night

I have been a loyal customer of Vito’s pizza since childhood, and I’ve never felt this let down by them before. Their pizza has always been exceptional, and I believe it should be their sole focus. However, during my recent visit, I ordered a turkey and cheese sub along with a Philly cheesesteak, and both were disappointing. The bread was burnt , and then they had the audacity to put brown old lettuce on both sandwiches. I feel like I wasted $30. I did notice that the ownership has changed, which might explain the decline in quality, but honestly, I’m beyond caring at this point. I have no intention of returning to this place again.

After returning because you gave me two small subs rather than the two large subs I ordered, you couldn’t even slice the two meatballs up to cover the sub? Thanks for the minimum effort. I guess I’ll just have to go down the road to Wawa to get a sub from now on.

I fell in love with the Philly sub here and buffalo wings. I tried the buffalo chicken sub (w/ shredded chicken) and I liked it but when I ordered again they gave me another type of chicken(tenders) and it made the entire sandwich bad actually. In a way it changed the whole experience lol.
