Do not order here. I called to order food for pick up while I watching the game. After I got through my order, the host says “when you get here come to the desk and ill put your order in” and it will be a 10-15 minute wait once you get here. I said, whats the point of calling ahead if you are going to make me come in and wait for my food? She said “because I have never ordered there before, this is their policy and after a successful order where i have to wait, all future orders will be put in right away”. I offered to pay for the food in advance over the phone if they were worried and she said they dont take payment over the phone…
You are a hibachi restauarant.., not soho house. I shouldnt need a loyalty membership to order take out. Horrible business and restaurant. Wouldnt order from here if I was dying of starvation.

The prices are on the higher side, but reasonable for hibachi. The food tasted fresh, though the flavors were fairly simple and straightforward. The staff and atmosphere were respectful and pleasant. It’s a solid choice if you’ve never experienced hibachi before, but I’m not personally rushing to return

I love the live entertainment. Our chef was very engaged and entertaining. The food was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken. The group I was with had the steak and lobster. Everyone was super satisfied.

This was a horrible experience. From the beginning to the end. They need to hire new hostesses and honestly we should have never stayed, but we did after we waited ( the restaurant was empty). We were told we would hav to wait until all our guest arrived, which was no problem. But once the entire party was there we still had to wait. The chefs were really on their last leg. I don’t think they liked their job. And to end the night 3 out of the 12 people in our party now have food poisoning.

Well, I eat at quite a few hibachi restaurants, and this was the lowest on my list. The chef was quiet, boring, didn’t speak, didn’t engage. This was all of them. All they are there to do is just cook your food in front of you and be done.
They were super slammed and all they cared about was turn over rate to get customers in and out.
I also ordered noodles instead of rice, and all the hibachi I have ever gone too cook the noodles on the grill. They legit brought me a side of ramen noodles from the kitchen.
Food was good, but nothing spectacular.
Pretty disappointed in the experience.

Wonderful experience as always. One of my favorites. It was nice going before evening rush. Our chef Santi was amazing- very entertaining.

A bit overpriced for standard hibachi. $173 for 5 lunch plates, no drinks or appetizers. $3.50 upcharge for fried rice. Salad included 4 pieces if lettuce and ginger dressing. Soup was excellent! Chef was engaging. No sushi available during visit.

Overall it satisfied my hibachi crave with the cooking in front of you with an experience, but the food was average. I usually go for the combo steak and chicken and it lacked the quality and flavor profile that I expected.

The food was good. The hibachi show was good. The waiters are terrible. I finished my drink before I could eat and basically finished my meal without a drink. Don’t recommend this place.
