Went on a late night Wendy’s run expecting the same quality I’d get any other time. Ordered baconator fries but they informed me at the pickup window that they were out of cheese sauce. They tried to make them with regular cheese I suppose but since I didn’t order sauce at the order window (due to thinking I was getting the standard baconator fries) they were dry and definitely needed sauce. The chicken burger was the dryest I have ever received at a Wendy’s. Not even a smidge of Mayo landed on the chicken or the lettuce. Very dry. Very dissatisfied. The one thing they had going was nice employees. And the fact that the McDonald’s next door happened to be closed tonight and I had to go to Wendy’s. Oh, also, no straw in my bag so a whole Diet Coke without a straw. Was honestly expending a little better considering I was their only customer

Husband went during lunch time rush, so we figured everything would be hot and fresh… half of my 4 or 5 was…. the fries an chicken nuggets were very hot a fresh. However, my burger well that’s another story… I have included a picture of what I got with my 4 for 5 meal deal. Lol I ended up giving it to the dog because it was too greasy for my taste an after playing with it to try an get it all back together the correct way I lost my appetite. But the dog didnt have any complaints so we have one happy camper out of 3. Maybe next time they can get it right. For now, I have to go find something to cook because I’m still hungry from not being able to finish my lunch. Oh well cant win them all.

Since I can’t do a 4.5 rating, I’m giving a 5 because this restaurant is pretty great! Service help at the counter as a walk in is a little bit slow which is the only reason I’d knock 1/2 a point off in the rating if possible but they make up for it with the staff being very nice once they get to you. The cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the employees make this Wendy’s a great place for fast food
