This location is on my way home from work, so I give it another chance every now and then and regret it every time. Food is always sloppy/burnt and portions always super small. I also received an order of cheesy fiesta potatoes with no potatoes just cheese and sour cream this time. I wish I would have taken a picture of that as well before giving it to my dog. Taco Bell I enjoy your food but I won’t be back to this location.

The drive through was down. One of the few order screens inside was down (see photo). The very popular double decker taco was removed from the menu (see photo). Orders backed up for 15-20 minutes while patrons aggregated before the counter wondering what was going on (see photo).
The food is decent. My nachos were put into the bag sideways which made quite a mess (see photo). My first and last time at this Taco Bell.

I rarely make reviews but this has got to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I’ve come here a couple times and every there is barely any food in the burrito or my food just looks like garbage hence the picture.

Anastasia was soo helpful and very nice! It was Saturday valentines night around 8. I was seriously impressed because she went above and beyond to help me with my order. I was very confused having issues ordering on my app. She really made my night better. We need more employees like her!

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Have it multiple tries and it’s been terrible every time. They are always out of stock, always rude, and one of workers couldn’t even say the word Baja in Baja blast. Bunch of unqualified people which is crazy considering it’s literally fast food. Manager should probably take her smoke breaks in her car not right at the front door with her windows wide open. I don’t need to smell your cigs, they are terrible. Try eating one yourself.
The food is good as usual and helped clear out my bowel system. They should put some more meat in the taco but what are you going to do? They are a chain.
Self order is cool so the price should be cheaper since you’re paying one less salary but it’s not.

This girl can’t hear at all, I waited for my order for an hour, and when I asked her, she didn’t seem to hear me. She didn’t care, and she ignored a lot of people. I don’t know how she works here, and I won’t be coming back. I’m very disappointed.

so like all fast food places you go, especially during being slammed, things get messed up. theres a lot of complaints pertaining to those simple “screw ups” but if you were looking for an upscale meal maybe you should take ur yuppie ahh to another place. anyways, they forgot my tacos and i went in, manager was so kind and even pointed out i was missing another item that i hadn’t even noticed. replaced the tacos yay happy eats!!
