8 employees all standing at 1 window. After eating in my vehicle I walked in to wash my hands. No shock at this point. 4 male Macdonalds employees all in the sink area of the restroom. No one would come to the 1st window. It took a few to get my food. However my big Mac and fry. We’re perfectly cooked hot and fresh and the staff. Even though they were having a party from the looks of things. Had the situation on lock. Was polite and again did a fantastic job on the food itself. If you not judgy and all uppity. This is the Macdonalds for you. Prob score get your hir braided buy the newest burnt cds and a few more lol. My kinda spot lmoa

0000/5The lady passing food out at the drive through at 10:08am(pictured below) was terribly rude when I asked her to please fill my tea up since it was part empty when she gave it to me through the drive through window she said no I’ll give you ice I respectfully said I just want the tea that I payed for and she said I don’t care take the ice or go. Food is improving.. Love the new renovation.. Drive thru is crazy when they are busy.. Lately my orders have been correct!!
UPDATE: My son & I drove off because they never took our order!! We were just sitting there while they took the other drive thru orders!! So we just went somewhere else!!

Despite a long drive thru line and several customers inside, service was attentive and friendly – the lady taking our order even stopped to go and check to make sure a particular item was definitely available rather than taking the order on a chance. Noticed another employee cleaning around the dining area as well. Order came quickly and was correct – even brought out to our table (is this a normal thing at McD’s? I eat at one once every couple years). All the food was fine and looked as it should. I’d say it’s about what you expect to get out of fast food. It was quick, friendly, and holds you to your next meal without complaint.

Food was the freshest McD’s food we have had in a long time. Employees were very nice and polite. It was very busy in the drive in the drive thru. The appearance was not really what you would expect at a McDonalds. No toilet paper holder in the men’s rest room and the soda fountains had several out of order and parts missing/exposed.

I ordered at the kiosk and opted to pay for the iced coffee at the counter. I waited 10 minutes for assistance from a disgruntled employee who found my presence at the register an annoyance. Five minutes later my iced coffee was slapped down on the counter. No name or number waz called out, I just received a glare. I didn’t dare ask for a straw. ***Beware, I’ve had the unfortunate experience to order iced coffee via the app and have been referred to corporate for refunds that never happened .

They was rude and would not give me the DoorDash order. said it was my fault that someone took it, that I should have stopped them. I was waiting on it for 40 minutes and told them I had a DoorDash 5-6 times. Also refused to give me my drinks for my pickup order. McDonald’s has became a horrible place because of the rude people that work there especially in Brookhaven.
