Lombard’s Seafood Grille has a really nice atmosphere, especially if you sit outside by the water. It’s a peaceful break from the parks and the setting is definitely the highlight. The waterfront view makes it feel relaxing compared to the busy crowds.

The food was decent but not very memorable. Some items were flavorful, while others felt a little under-seasoned and just okay for the price. For a seafood spot, I expected a bit more freshness and bold flavor.

The drinks unfortunately weren’t good — they tasted watered down and lacked balance. For the price, I was hoping for something more refreshing and well-made.

Service was average. Overall, it’s a convenient sit-down option if you’re already nearby, but not somewhere I’d specifically plan to return to

Guaooo. What a great experience and food. Not at all your theme park food. A super delicious meal in a great restaurant.
An experience that you can do when your kids are bigger and you don’t need to run behind them in the park.
Highly recommend and please do a reservation with 45 to an hour in advance.
I recommend the lobster bisque and lobster rolls. Great flavor and proper sizes.

If this restaurant was not in a theme park- I could see this easily becoming a place I would frequent. First of all the staff is over the top friendly and outgoing. They have a great selection of items on their menu- from burgers to bowls to soup and salad and lobster rolls and lobster mac n cheese. Our server Katrina was super friendly. We ordered the bang bag shrimp and the burger with fries and we were all very pleased with our food. The portions were a good size. The batter on the very large shrimp was crispy but not burnt. The bacon on the burger was also crispy which is what I prefer. The three of us were very pleased with our whole experience at Lombards.

Their food was surprisingly good quality. I liked my Ciopinno Ocean bowl, it was generous. Plus their watermelon mojito was well-balanced with real watermelon pieces in it. It was not busy. The service was okay.

We had a wonderful experience here. I tried the vegan pasta and marble potatoes, and both were really good. As someone who doesn’t eat eggs, I had several questions about the vegetarian dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and patient—they even went back to the kitchen to confirm ingredients and gave me clear answers, which I truly appreciated.
We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the service made it extra special. The server surprised us with a complimentary pastry cake and helped celebrate the occasion, which genuinely made us very happy. Excellent food, thoughtful service, and great care for dietary preferences. Highly recommend!

Ok this place surprised me A LOT. We’re not a bit fan of sea food and that’s why we order the only burguer that we had on the menu and man, that was awesome, I can say that it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. The sugar bacon made the difference here, was very good. Fries were also awesome with a large portion. Next visit to Universal I’ll consider eating here again, I highly recommend it (at least for the burger).

We ate at Lombard’s last night prior to HHN. Since we’d just come from Maine where we ate lobster rolls on the coast 3 4 days ago, we decided to do a head to head comparison with the Lombard’s version.
This Orlando entree was much tastier than its Maine competitor.
The northern version cost $26, while Universal’s was $35. But the overhead at Lombard’s is higher than the fish shack in Maine.
The Florida portion size may be a tad smaller, but the flavor was so much more intense and better!
Lombard’s uses Dijon mayo, citrus, and dill which all bring out the flavor of the lobster. The coleslaw was better in Orlando, and the homemade kettle chips were as satisfying as their fries competitor.
All in all, Lombard’s knocks it out of the park with their lobster roll.

Ordered a Caesar salad and they gave me a hard baguette slice so sharp that I got a cut on my mouth. I don’t think it was supposed to be served that way, and they should switch to smaller crouton pieces for safety.
However, the lobster roll was okay for a theme park restaurant.
Walk-in was accepted but there was 10~15 min wait for a table to be available at non-peak time (Saturday 3pm). The hostess wasn’t friendly and she didn’t check on us until I asked about the status.
The amount of food served is very little for the price probably due to it being in a theme park and a sit-down restaurant. Overall, I would not want to eat here again.

We had dinner at Lombards during a recent trip to Universal on a Monday. We had a party of 4 including 2 kids. The restaurant was fairly empty. The decor and atmosphere was good and we had a view of the water. The kids loved the large round centerpiece fish tank in the dining area. Our waiter was prompt and pleasant. We ordered calamari and a Caesar salad for appetizers. The salad was a large head of romaine split in half, dressed with grated Parmesan. It’s a visually appealing presentation but does not allow for a thorough washing of the lettuce and therefore gnats can sometimes be found within the lettuce leaves, as was the case with my salad. The calamari was ok. My husband and one son love seafood which led to us choosing to do dinner here. They were out of mussels (their favorite) and out of the cioppino (another favorite). He ended up ordering a steak (not what he would’ve preferred but it was that or the usual suspects of salmon or lobster). The steak was mediocre at best. The temp was over and it almost tasted broiled. The mashed potatoes tasted like nothing. I ordered the sea bass and was not impressed. Salt and sear well would have done it wonders. It came with a bit of bok choy, a few mushrooms and a few snow peas. The flavor was okay but nothing impressive. I had a feeling it would be lacking and ordered a side of rice. We ordered wine to go with our meal and my glass looked like it was barely cleaned. Ultimately I was greatly disappointed in this meal. The menu needs a massive overhaul (go outside of the usual suspects/comfort zone) and the kitchen needs to learn to love food again (cook like you’re going to be eating it). I would not return.

Thankful for air conditioning on a hot day at Universal; this place offered some reprieve from the heat and a nice seated lunch. I would say it was a little pricey and fancy feeling but we didn’t mind that break from the park. It was not too busy when we dined and our server was very nice. Gluten free options were well marked on the menu, and they were so kind to bring our daughter a birthday cake for her birthday celebration.
