After leaving McDonald’s without food due to terrible service, I had an amazing experience in the drive thru at this location. This was only my second time here, but Nicole was outstanding. The food was hot, fresh, and her customer service skills were superb. As a person who’s spent over 25 years in food service from fast food to casual dining, from Heart of the House to Front of the House and upper management, Nicole is a rare find and I know great people when I come across them. She even came out into the freezing cold to return my debit card that I accidentally left it. If she is not a member of management, she should be. If she’s hourly, she definitely is deserving of a significant raise. It is not often that you can find someone who has passion for food and service anymore, and her attention to detail on every aspect of my order was top notch. Also, whoever the cook was, I give them kudos as well. 10/10.

Ordered online twice in last month. Great service both times. I wish I knew the young lady’s name…so sweet and kind. Best customer service I’ve gotten since I moved to Alabama 3 years ago. She works the drive thru in evening. Thank you for being so kind.

We stopped by to get a quick breakfast, just sausage biscuit combos. We did not get a receipt. We were told to pull up. Waited several minutes and did not receive all the food We were supposed to get. Missing hashbrowns. Asked for no ice and received 2 drinks loaded with ice. This was very terrible service. I would definitely not recommend coming here at all if you value your time and money.

Will never be back again. I stood there for 10 minutes while the lady in the front was on her phone and did not greet me. The manager or whoever it was/was very rude, she kept rolling her house and getting loud with me for no reason. The customer service is terrible and they need to be closed down. On top of that everything I was trying to order they lied and said they were out of it or didn’t sell it anymore. The lady act like I was bothering her while trying to order.

This Hardee’s is amazing! The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I ordered a sausage biscuit, and it was fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to!
