So delicious! And expensive. Just what you would expect from an upscale Las Vegas meal. The clear soup is usually $5-6 elsewhere but here it was $11. Lychee martinis was $26/each. The short rib was delicious although slightly dry for $52. I really enjoyed my king salmon sashimi which I thought was fairly priced at $17 for 3 pieces. Your average Maki roll is in the mid $30s. The vibe was fun, very good service. With tip dinner was just over $300.

Great sushi in Vegas! Tried to walk in with no reservations and thankfully was seated within 30 minutes. We just walked around and checked the casino floor out. The fish was fresh. The tuna pizza appetizer was amazing! Ordered 2 rolls: otoro scallion and yellowtail scallion. The fish tasted amazing in both, although bf and I thought the rice was a bit soft. The filet was amazing. It was recommended by the server. Many tables near us had also ordered it and it smelled amazing we waited for ours. The only thing we were not impressed with was the combo carpaccio with salmon, octopus and a white fish. The fish was meh and the flavor was mid compared to the other dishes.

Pros:
-The Tuna Pizza was amazing
-Amazing views and seats (I recommend a reservation)
-Service was great, attentive, and nice

Cons:
-Obviously its not a budget option (But that is expected)
-The house music mixed with the talking makes the environment very off

I recommend the Tuna Pizza App. It was amazing and had a great consistency to it.

The sushi (Salmon Roll and Eel Roll) was did not amaze me, which for the price, it should be somewhat memorable. I wished we have chose one of the other main cold or hot dishes

Service was great, gave food recommendations, fast water refills, and attentive

Great Views and service, would recommend to people who love Japanese food, with a view.

We love every experience we had last night. Our server is very attentive, he never rush us, our drinks are always full.
Our view, facing the dancing fountain of Bellagio.
Food is well presented and good flavor. Just be ready to pay $125 per person minimum. But everything is worth it! We had a great time

I went to Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at the Bellagio on February 16, 2026, and WOW.
This was our stop for my best friend’s dinner before getting married, and it absolutely delivered. The food wasn’t just good… it was jaw-dropping.
We kicked things off with:
Octopus Carpaccio – silky, bright, and super fresh
Tuna Tataki – perfectly seared with that wasabi-mustard zing
Yellowtail Serrano – an elegant punch of spice and citrus
Broiled Atlantic Black Cod – rich, buttery, and downright decadent
Then Matt came over to congratulate the bride, which was classy and totally on brand.
Service? Impeccable. Staff was attentive without hovering, and every dish arrived on cue and on point. Atmosphere? Upscale vibes with that Vegas energy — perfect for celebrations or any night you want to feel fancy. Honestly, Yellowtail wasn’t just a dinner… it was an experience. Highly recommend for a special night out.

We ate here Tuesday night, had reservations for 6pm. It was still early so we sat on the “patio” overlooking the casino and got to people watch.

This place has changed a lot since we were here 3 years ago. Sunset martini is no longer served in a martini glass but now in a lowball glass, filled with ice. Menu is very small and ridiculously expensive. There are much better and more cost effective places to eat sushi at.
The gyoza was seriously burned on the bottom and gummy on the top. We had the blue crab roll, which was one of our favorites. It used to have crab legs sticking out if it, etc. you couldn’t even tell it was a soft shell blue crab roll. The rock shrimp roll was very good.

It’s no longer a dining experience with the “value” we are looking for. Will not come back and do not recommend.

Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. But also the most expensive sushi I’ve ever had. But you definitely get what you pay for! Staff was warm and friendly and we really loved the environment!
Will definitely visit again the next time we visit Las Vegas!

We are dined at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the sushi and rolls left me deeply disappointed. As a Japanese restaurant, I was surprised by the poorly crafted Rolls and sushi—the pieces were loosely formed and clearly lacked care in preparation. The seaweed (nori) was not crispy at all, which further diminished the experience.

What’s even more shocking is the price: paying over $20 for just six low-quality small rolls feels absurd. For a restaurant at this price point, the lack of attention to basic sushi craftsmanship was surprising.

Additionally, the service did not help improve the experience. Our server seemed quite unhappy, wearing a constant frown and speaking in an unpleasant tone. While they did assist us in taking a group photo, the overall lack of warmth and professionalism was noticeable.

If you still plan to visit, I’d recommend avoiding the sushi and rolls altogether and trying their WARM SHARED PLATES instead. We ordered the Filet Mignon Toban, Crispy Tofu, and Broiled Atlantic Black Cod, all tasty. Hopefully, the kitchen puts more effort into their sushi.
