Had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Kayla B.! She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out quickly, and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
What really stood out was her positive attitude. She genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does, and that made the whole experience better. It’s rare to get service that feels both efficient and personal, but Kayla nailed it.
We’ll definitely be back and we’ll be asking for Kayla!

Waited 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to have us seated. Made eye contact with at least 7 employees. Which none of them came to offer us drinks or take our order mind you, only 3 tables was occupied the time we came in. It was not busy. We was patient for 15 minutes after being seated and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous. There are people who actually want to work but the people working here are clocked in just to talk and ignore potential customers.

Huge shoutout to Devin and Vincent at Applebee’s in Kyle ! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience better. Service was fast without feeling rushed, drinks and food were spot-on, and they checked in at all the right times. You can tell they really care about their guests. Because of them, this was one of the best Applebee’s visits I’ve had. Give these guys the recognition they deserve!

My neighbor and I drove into Kyle for some shopping and timed it around lunch time because we wanted to eat in a different restaurant. Since Wimberley only has about 5. Neither one of us had been to an Applebee’s in a while so it seemed like a good pick. The place was just about empty. I know, bad sign. Should have just turned around then. I ordered the new Bacon Chicken sandwich with Blue Cheese dressing. The only side you get is French Fries. There were no Tomato’s and almost no Blue Cheese dressing and the chicken was tough. I forget what my neighbor had. She’s a small person and she even laughed at the serving size

We went to Applebee’s for lunch about a month ago. We had a $40 gift card that came from Walmart and we were unsure how to use it so at that time, the manager came out to help. Our meal was only $20 but the manager had to transfer money from our gift card to an Applebee’s specific gift card. He ended up transferring the whole $40 to the Applebee’s card, paid for our $20 meal and then kept the rest of what was on the Applebee’s card because he didn’t give us the card back. We were unaware of how much he transferred and thought he only took what we owed. He stole from us. I’m 72 years old. I didn’t know how that was supposed to work and I was taken advantage of by that manager. It is not ok for businesses or those running them to take advantage of anyone especially the elderly. It’s unfortunate this man feels like it’s ok to steal from his patrons, because it’s NOT!! Don’t go to this Applebee’s, take your money and business to a place that will treat you fairly and has integrity.

Came over to the bar for the first time dana was the bartender absolutely amazing and half off apps after 10 highly recommend honey pepper boneless wings they are so good. Victoria the manager is the bomb she was so nice and made sure everything was good

This place has went down. The staff is less friendly. Seem like they dont want to be attentive at work. Sat aat the bar for 10 minutes. Nobody was there. Asked the staff if I could order to go. He looked at me as if he didn’t understand English.

Sat at bar. Flies & knats everywhere. Boneless chicken wings tasted old, dry almost microwaved. Service sucked. Spent most of her time talking to/entertaining “regulars” meanwhile I waited over 15 min for a “hello” and a beer. Another 7 min for silverware to eat my disgusting meal
