My very good friend and I had a wonderful time. Two different people welcomed us with a smile. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We sat at a table with chairs since I have a harder time of getting out of a booth. We were there to watch the UofM football game, multiple TVs were tuned to the game. We both ordered an original Margarita. Alisa, our waiter, seemed a little new to the game, she learned from us about well-drinks. She confirmed that we didn’t want the more expensive Tequila. The bar tender also came over to make sure we wanted the well Tequila. Thank you so much ladies for asking! The food was wonderful. I even took some home for another meal. Alisa was very helpful with a sweet smile. We had a very good time and all staff are wonderful. The bussers were very good as well. They were working hard to keep everything nice and clean.

The Big Smash Burger looked so good when it was brought to our table, I almost forgot to take a picture. I had to immediately start eating it and when I almost done it dawned on me that I didn’t take a picture. That’s how good this burger was. Not very impressed with the chips and salsa, but I’d definitely recommend the burger.

I always enjoy coming here—the food never disappoints! Everything is consistently delicious and satisfying. We had the pleasure of being served by Cassandra tonight, and she was absolutely outstanding. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She remembered every detail, had such a warm and friendly personality, and was hands-down the highlight of our visit. We’ll definitely be asking for her again next time!
The egg rolls were a perfect 10/10, and the 6oz sirloin steak was cooked to perfection. I really appreciated being asked to cut into it before the server walked away—such great attention to detail. Man I have been coming here for over a decade, I called, placed an order, paid over the phone, waited for 45 minutes just for the staff to tell me the order didnt exist. Im really not one to complain often but this has really soured my experience at this location. Staff wasnt even remotely accommodating, not rude either, I just thought they would honor the order. $15 wont kill them like good lord. Ive given this location so much money over the years.

You guys need to do better on customer service. We came in Sunday no one was available at the host desk for about 5-6 minutes. While waiting a couple comes in behind us and the hostess comes out of nowhere to seat them. I step up and say we were waiting she says oh hold on let me see if I have seats available, but you were ready to seat the other couple. She walks around and comes back and tells me 15 minutes. We say ok we’ll wait and they asked for our name and number. My daughter goes to move to a closer spot and I’m watching her take the couple to a seat as soon as we walked out. We came in they call us by the wrong name and seat us close to the toilet. I asked the waitress for her name (hostess)and she claim she didn’t know it. It really sucks you guys want tips and give out mediocre service.

We try to come in at lunch. Rarely a wait. Love it when Marla waits on us. She does a great job and is an asset to this location. Food was quick and exactly what we hoped for. Marla always makes recommendations that give us more food while protecting our pocketbook.

First time here in years…Food was ok. My mac n cheese was cold. Very small portion, kid portion on adult meal. Mac n cheese had more liquid, very runy. My chicken was pretty good. I ordered Tennessee hot chicken. Kids like their food. Our food server was excellent.

Five of us stopped in on a Saturday night about 7:00 pm. We had a modest 25 minute wait after being told 40.
The place was busy ! Nice to see. Our server was very quick and attentive and actually pretty cool over all.
We sat to the right of the entrance toward the rear of the restaurant. Everything for being as busy as it was was clean and well kept.
We ordered several of the pick 3 combos. Fajitas for 2 and the shrink cajon pasta.
Everything was hot on arrival and good. We enjoyed. Ribs were hot and tender. Chicken strips were very good. Pasta was good and so on.
Why then 4 star. For $26.99 for a pick 3 combo. Please include a tiny cup of sour cream for the quesadilla ! And not charge extra for $1 here and there. That’s nickel and dime. Not appreciated.
We will be back to this location when back in the area.

They must have changed their money.Because I don’t remember it.Having so many food options. My waitress only brought me my drinks and then another person brought me my food. They came from the back kitchen. Makes it really hard when you try to tip because you’re not tipping your waitress or waiter, Because they’re not actually waiting on you. They need a better system.
