This McDonalds is absolutely terrible. They never get my order correct it and it doesn’t matter whether it’s drive thru or delivery. If they’re not getting it correct it’s either cooked terribly or missing something. I have called and asked to speak to the manager multiple times and on multiple occasions and she’s always rude, over speaking without listening, and obviously never doing her job right because my orders are still incorrect even after I’ve tried explaining to her the situation that she won’t listen to. I find it absolutely unprofessional how you can ask to speak to a manager and they tell you that they cannot address your situation day of and to call back throughout the week. This location needs a reset of employees because they shouldn’t play over people food that they pay for!

Quick stop to grab 2 breakfast sandwiches for My husband and myself. Went through the drive thru. Short line moved quickly. Crew member took our order was decently pleasant as you would expect a McDonald’s employee to be. Order was ready when we pulled to the 2nd window. 2 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles…order was correct, food was hot and tasty.
Would recommend this location for breakfast, and we will be returning customers

I love going into the McDonalds on Western Avenue in south bend , they are so very lovely there , I love going in , in the mornings and the morning crew is all of the older brown folk , they are all so lovely to chat and speak with, I heard the names but was not able to catch them wholeheartedly, but 100% the best employees there are the older folks , I love to just chit chat with them, and they are all so respectful, so sweet, working in fast food myself I understand how it is , and they do more then good for working and being just a bit older , will 100% be going back and they 100000% need to be recognized for how well they do, I have never ever had issues with this location, I alwyas choose to dine in, or just grab food from inside I do not like drive thru , and I over seeing their faces !

I have a girlfriend with dementia. I don’t know what I would do if it wasn’t for the Mcdouble meal deal for $5.89. Whenever she refuses to eat what we have prepared at home this always works as a last resort. Cheeseburger, mc nuggets, fries and a coke. Also, when breakfast becomes a challenge 2 hash browns does the trick.

09/11, why is this place open still? A waste of space, issues are from the mornings as I attempt to get breakfast. I end up going there multiple times to see if this review needs an update. Most times i just leave the line. They are beyond slow. I see so many workers there, one even got out to chill with a friend while i waited 15 minutes with one car in front of me. I see other drivers leave as well because these people created a new word for slow. They put a burger paddy with onions on a sausage egg and cheese muffin.. not to mention how they got my other order wrong. The workers seem to not be capable of simple tasks and should not vote or anything else. Also, we tried to order some sandwiches another time. No rush for them, the lazy oxygen breather shrugged then hid away and never came back. Burger King is superior here.

I have been there 5 times within a few months and every time, regardless of the time of day, they have gotten my order wrong. This time I went inside with someone else’s order and requested my 2 quarter pounders w/o onions. The manager was nice enough to give me 2 pies to make up. They both had onions, the first was fine but this burger’s patty is flipped in half. Honestly just don’t get McDonalds in a big city, they always mess it up. I always go out of my way to be more than polite to them out of respect for the people who make my food but this is kinda ridiculous.
Check your food before you leave. Also the line takes a while so if you’re on your way to work I would go 30-40 min in advance.
It’s McDonald’s tho, you can’t expect the food or service to be good. You get what you get, but I would like to steer you away from this place.

Don’t come here later in the evening/night. I’m still waiting at the first window of the drive thru and we have been here for 47 minutes and counting. I can hear them yelling ant each other through the window annd it is so irresponsible. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor interior care. Employees walk right past a huge milkshake spill multiple times without even looking at it. Bathrooms very dirty and not kept up. Employees very loud and unprofessional, frequently yelling at each other while ignoring customers. Lobby is messy and no one is cleaning it.
