We LOVE Renata’s – one of of the best local spots in my opinion. There’s almost no dish I don’t like; their cocktails are great, menu changes just often enough to keep it interesting but not so often that your favorites are gone before you can have them again. Today we had Salmon Eggs Benedict, Chicken Schwarma, and a couple of delicious coffee drinks. Our server Natalie paid extra attention to our 4-year old, which is something I appreciate too- they’re always great with kids.

A lovely family-run establishment. Food is really tasty and perfect for easy planning at your next event. We used them for catering for a party for our son’s soccer team, and were extremely satisfied. The ham and cheese croissants and fresh mozzarella and tomato croissants were crowd pleasers. Definitely recommend!

Food was delicious! Good vegetarian options. The server was great and attentive. Margaritas were also delicious. I enjoyed my time here. Will definitely be back to visit again. Would like to experience brunch.

Not very impressed with this meal. Started off with the Baba Ganouj which tasted okay. I ordered the Shakshuka but it could’ve been better. None of my eggs were runny which is a huge part of the dish for me. It had some good heat at least and they were generous with the eggs compared to other places. The chicken mohammar was moist and had good flavor but could’ve used more heat. The pancakes had some poppy ricotta between slices but were very light on the lemon drizzle. Very large plate of pancakes at least!

We came in around 3 PM and were told that only salads and soups were being served until 4 PM, when entrées would be available. We decided to stay, order a couple of appetizers, and wait for the entrées.
Our first server seemed rushed and not very attentive, and eventually handed our table over to another waiter who was much nicer and more professional. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. The matcha and chai lattes (around $6 each) tasted mostly like water and sugar. The hummus was dry and could have used more olive oil, and the potato dish (Hatata or Habata, not sure of the name) was honestly the worst potatoes I’ve ever had. The entrée, Kafta with rice, was bland and the portion was quite small.
The only things we actually enjoyed were the French fries and the sparkling water.

Oh man… if you enjoy good mediterranean / middle eastern / North African food this spot is for you. Been here at least half a dozen times and have always had a great experience. Always have a very impressive draft select and cocktail list too. The place is kept very clean and the staff has always been polite and professional. Parking is off street but generally accessible.

I’ve been living in the vicinity of Renata’s for the last couple years and Renata’s quickly turned from the conveniently located bite/drinks spot to my preferred spot. In other words, I’d make my way over here no matter I was living at this point! The food never lets me down. I often enjoy taking a spot at the bar to watch a game or do a little writing while I enjoy the space and refreshments. At one point, I convinced my entire team at work to come here for our Holiday Team Lunch. I just love this place! A couple shoutouts to the service team: bartenders Ficca and Ben have always been the best–both super attentive and friendly. I’ve also received great service from Mia and Brendan (or was it Brennan?) whenever I’ve sat in the dining room.

What a lovely spot. Hosted my daughter’s graduation dinner here – her choice and I can see why. Fantastic middle eastern food. Spreads and flatbreads were perfect for sharing. Entrees were large and good to share too. We had the hummus and ground beef. Others in our party had the burger, chicken shawarma, and roasted cauliflower. The seasonal cocktails were inventive and delicious! Will definitely be back – Brendan and Grace provided great service.

This place is not for families. We went there for dinner. No children’s menu and no accommodations for any children or families. This restaurant is catered to college students. Also the value for the food is null and void. Anytime you pay $14 for 5 wings is a travesty to all those that enjoy wings. My wife saw that it was happy hour so half off a mix drink pitcher which originally cost $70. I wish I was joking but am not. Won’t be going to this place again. And to top it off the food was not good. You have to be drunk to enjoy it.

I ordered the Greek salad for pickup and it was ~amazing~!! So fresh. Exactly the fuel I needed to tackle studying for finals. The service never disappoints— if you can dine in-person definitely give it a go. I’ve been a fan since their original(?) location on Locust and now that I live close by it’s hard to not stop here all the time. Great mix of Mediterranean/Palestinian cuisine and a solid brunch menu!
