I have never been to Freddy’s—ever—and I’ve been missing out! I ordered their spicy hamburger with a Turtle Concrete Mixer, and my husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries and a concrete mixer. The fries are julienne-cut, and their texture is amazing: crisp with some chew, and are perfectly salted. My burger was smashed thin, giving the edges a delicious, delicate crispiness, but it was also very salty, a bit too salty for me. Otherwise good spice and flavor. My absolute favorite was the mixers. I’ve never experienced such smoothness in a frozen dessert, only disrupted by the pecans, which while tasty, I wish I didn’t have. Very creamy and satisfying; and bonus point: they use REAL whipped cream! Will definitely come again!

It was excellent today! (It always is.) My cheese fry only had a little bit of cheese on them and when I think the manager noticed he said “is that all they gave you?” And brought me an extra cup of cheese for the fries! Amazing service and great food, and the restaurant was clean. Overall a great experience as always!

Originally gave a 3 star review due to the single burger. I have been a few times since, and everything else has been great. So, I still wouldn’t order the single burger, but onion rings, fries, and double burger are all really good.

Never order the single burger… If I realized it had 1/2 the meat of a burger somewhere else at 2x the price, I would have just paid the extra 60 cents for a double. I’m honestly not sure what I paid for because the cheese looks like kraft cheese, the bun tastes like a cheap 39 cent bun, and the meat looked like someone threw some ground beef on the grill for a minute and didn’t even bother to flip it over.
I usually only get fries and custard here, which are pretty good. But probably the last time I order a burger. And definitely last time I’ll order the single burger.

Great smash burgers. Love their onion rings. It’s hard to find shoestring fries anymore but Freddy’s has them and does them well! I’d add photos of the food but we were hungry and couldn’t wait. Sorry. Just go. Oh and grab a chocolate malt while you’re at it.

I realized we have come here for years and I have been selfish and not left a review. without being long winded, the food 5/5, service 5/5 (VERY fast and kind), and the altogether experience is professional and positive.
I’ve ordered most items on the menu, and it’s one of the few places that I will try new items they introduce as they are always good. New? Get a plain Freddy’s burger with a chocolate concrete with sprinkles, my go-to. You will not regret it!

Typical Freddy’s experience. Menu is the same everywhere allowing for consistency across locations. The fry sauce is excellent especially the spicy variety.
Chicken sandwich was decent. The chicken patty could have been a bit warmer and thicker. The fries were hot and crispy. All in all a good place to stop for a burger and fries. And don’t forget some custard.

Normally, Freddy’s is a 5 star for us, but tonight I got atleast half of our onion rings were looking disgusting like the pictures i posted. With this review. Kinda sucks when you spend $36.50 on food but can’t eat half of it because it looks like that. The burgers and shakes were fine though. Hopefully no one else had onion rings like I did because it was so gross and made me lose my appetite.

The staff here makes you feel like you really are cared for! We didn’t really know what we should do or order, but they were really helpful to help us get what we want.
They ask you how’s your food, which was awesome.
Food is awesome! Burgers are real burgers. They even have the seasoning that you can apply yourself near the fry sauce isle, which I thought was awesome. The custards and frozen stuff is amazing too. It’s a full burger, which is awesome. Order a triple Californian. It’s amazing.

Not sure when the recipe changed happened but asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and this is what I received. Usually I love the spicy chicken sandwich. Super disappointing. Meat wasn’t quality at all.
Only had good experiences at this Freddy’s. I love the fries and cheese-curds. My favorite burgers are the spicy chicken sandwich and the veggie burger. There are lots of options and lots of different sauces. Staff are friendly and helpful. Portion sizes are good.
