Just encountered such horrible service with the manager and staff. Charged a kids plate and no toppings. Manager acted as she was doing me a favor on rice when I questioned what happened to the kids pita. They (manager and the server) spoke down to me as if I haven’t paid for my order. The manager said corporate would not care if I said anything to them in which I find it hard to believe how they wouldn’t listen if something wrong is going on in there establishment. Also this manager has waived plates in exchange for reviews in such a sweet way in the past. Which I never thought bad about the place but once she gets what she wants she treats the repeat visit as if you are the one needing the food. Mind you there are lots of other food establishments all around even a chipotle across the street. I guess her reviews are up that her attitude was terrible today. Definitely felt racism from the staff and don’t intend to visit this place. Racism from this place is definitely felt!

I wouldn’t recommend Cava to anyone I know nor will I try it again. Everything was so soggy, it was dripping everywhere. I literally had to take it home to be able to eat it cuz it was so messy and again really SOGGY and some of the liquid, which wasn’t the sauce, was dripping on my clothes.
Definitely not even worth the price nor the experience. The flavor wasn’t right, I ordered a Shawarma. The wrong type of bread was used and the spices were far away from a Shawarma flavor.

The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is packed with flavor. You can really tell the team cares about getting orders right and treating people well.

Every time I’ve come to CAVA, the workers have been absolutely wonderful and the food always fills me up without making me feel super stuffed or gross afterwards. It’s a great place I love to go with my friends while filling our bellies with a healthy and nutritious meal!

Cava food has always been our favorite takeout..my daughter’s love thier kids meal..we have been having food from CAVA in Falls Church for years. But since we moved to Gainesville, I cant say the food taste the same. Not excellent but not bad. I am just writing this review to highlight the fact that THE PORTION SIZE AT GAINESVILLE IS UNACCEPTABLLY SMALL compared to everywhere else. It feels like the servers are trying very hard to save food ..Especially in rice bowls. 1 portion is hardly enough for one person. I usually eat small portions. But these bowls are not enough for me too.
