I am sharing this with the general public up on my arrival at sonic. I waited in line almost 15 minutes with no one in front of me and with placing the order they had it wrong and also trust me way more than what they should’ve been for two number five ordersof choice $30. Well it shouldn’t have rained up over $20. of choice $30. Well it shouldn’t have rained up over $20.25 at the most. as the appearance, I would never come to this sonicagain..

My boyfriend & I came to order some ice cream this evening, we placed our order at 9:30pm, nobody else was here .. all stalls were empty & and nobody in the drive thru.. we pushed the button at 10:15pm to ask what was going on and THE GIRL FORGOT ABOUT US.. I was in complete shock. Then 10 mins later, when she brought it out.. she was rude as hell.

I made a pick up order, got there 20 mins before they closed just for the man to say they don’t have my order. After it said the store CONFIRMED IT AND WAS PREPARING IT. I had the receipt, proof of purchase and everything, but he refused to give me the TWO drinks I ordered. Made me call customer support, closed the store and REFUSED to answer the phone for the support team. He was unprofessional and rude, didn’t even try to solve the issue. Just wanted time until they closed so thy wouldn’t have to make the order.
LAZY WORKER AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. I don’t recommend coming here.

I purchased a double cheese burger which was good no problem but when I got the fries they were hard and uneatable which means I had to toss over a box of the large size fries I asked for. Only the top of the box was edible but the midway and lower parts were all hard as if they just gave me some sitting in the bin. I always have something negative to say about the food from sonics I have yet to get a decent meal complete and as ordered and fresh. Service was good The employees were responding with good service but the fries and they were my favorite type too. Not satisfied
