This place keeps getting better. I love their new menu items. Yesterday I got the best meal I’ve ever had from them for a reasonable price, everything was fresh and tasty. I don’t see artichokes on their menu anymore but I know they have some in there since their new artichoke spinach pocket uses them, so maybe I missed them. Either way this place doesn’t disappoint. This place can be hard to choose a good combination of ingredients since there’s so many options, so sometimes it’s best to just go with the prepared menu items. This isn’t like Chipotle where everything generally goes well together. A lot of the ingredients have very strong flavors and the salad and pasta ingredients don’t always go well together. Also they have the best calamari in town, I try to get a bowl of it every time I go in.

Chef Megan helped us big time. It was well past my delivery window and doordash had not picked up my order. I called the store to see what was going on and chef Megan helped us get it on track. It’s hard to get help like that these days and I really appreciated her. On top of that I had an item that piada no longer carried, she called me to let me know. In the past I would assume it would just be left off my order . Wow, she should be recognized for her service.
Doordash on the other hand took 2 and 1/2 hours to get our order to us. The crazy thing is it took forever for someone to even pick it up and then once chef Megan got somebody to do it it took them over another hour. I think it is because I forgot to put a tip on the order. So I took time to go down to the ATM to get cash. So even though I had a tip pretty sure it wouldn’t get picked up and took so long to get delivered because they thought they weren’t going to get a tip. All in all horrible experience with doordash.

Megan is an amazing chef at Piada. You can tell she really cares about the food and the customers. Everything is always cooked perfectly, portions are generous, and she keeps the line moving smoothly even when it’s busy. She’s friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience better every time I come in.

Having a short time for break at job, I always try to schedule and order ahead to make every minute count. And every single time I find the service efficient and fast; even considering how busy they can be sometimes for their proximity to OSU campus, I’m always thankful that they can and have my order ready for me.
Staff are always friendly and ready to help, and the food is great, I love the fact that I can get something a bit different every single time.

I tried this restaurant because I’d seen multiple videos of people trying the food and it looked delicious. I will say the food was good but the portions were ridiculously small, especially for the price. I got the carbonara and Parm piada stick. The pic of the Parm sticks showed 4 on the app and for almost $5 that sounded reasonable. There was only one, it’s literally just a wrap with melted cheese. The carbonara gave the option of two sizes, I picked the large and the container was barely half full, for nearly $15 and no added meat you(Piada) should have filled that bowl, no excuses. I took pics and I’ll post. I will NEVER order from Piada again.

Piada was on my bucket list. Stopped by today on our way for sons OSU tour. The carbonara with grilled chicken, spinach and tomatoes added was. THE BOMB!!!! I ordered BLT Piada wrap with grilled chicken added… quite nice… very full of meat!!! I love whatever this dough is. They had pepperoni rolls, cheese rolls, and tgen… piada pockets!!! We got a spinach artichoke but was so full… we haven’t tried it yet. They gave me containers of what tastes like homemade ranch. And THEN… we had canola bites for dessert. Nice. All around lovely experience… cool music… great atmosphere.
