It was ok. I’ve been here years before and it was much better. I think they may be in the middle of a mgmt shift or whatever. My coney dog wasn’t as tasty as usual and the ocean water was a little flat. Kids like it.

Stopped at Sonic and ordered at one of the stalls — super easy and convenient! The staff was really friendly and made the experience great. I tried the chicken sandwich, and it was delicious — fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Overall, a quick, tasty stop with excellent service!

This place is extremely inconsistent in how their food and drinks are made. Sometimes it is good but most of the time things are made wrong. Like today, there is no strawberry puree in our Strawberry Mangonada drinks and they are very skimpy on the tajin seasoning. Try harder, people! The staff who brings out your order is wonderful and hardworking however, and they get 5/5 stars!

Had such a horrible experience recently. About a week ago I picked up an order after a long day at work and when I got home my food was so nasty. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and thin I couldn’t eat it all. It felt like I was trying to eat cardboard. Also, my tater tots had black specs in them, I’m sure they had been dunked in the fryer more times than anyone could remember. I couldn’t finish the meal. I called customer service and was prompted to fill out a complaint online. Nothing ever happened. I was never contacted or emailed. I was sent a survey on how my resolution was and I told them nothing was ever resolved. Nobody contacted or attempted to compensate me. I won’t be going back.

I ordered the super sonic breakfast burrito, there were NO potatoes at all in my burrito, mainly eggs and barely any meat. Very disappointing. I was looking forward specifically for the potatoes and I could’ve made this burrito at home if it was just gonna be mainly eggs .

Trying to order drinks and the gentleman with the really deep voice just doesn’t seem to know the menu or understand what customers are asking for. As someone who used to work at Sonic it’s frustrating he doesn’t know what the add ins are or what a crème slushy is. I asked him to come out each time I’m here and ask him what is the ingredients for a crème slushy? He answers but then says “well we have creamer too.” Why would someone want coffee creamer in a slushy ? Am I missing something? So after this happened we received our drinks and both had diarrhea after drinking our slushy. After returning I stayed at the window to watch them make our drinks (after asking him again to come outside to get the order correct I also told him I knew he made our drinks the last time) He comes out and tells me to go sit in my car he’ll bring my drink to me. I insisted I’d stay at the glass window at the seating area so I can see the drinks being made. Seems to me the manager (wearing a hair wrap) knows what’s going on in there, which is even more disturbing. This is specifically during happy hour on the weekends. Our drinks came out wrong, again. I love paying for add ins and not receiving them. He also kept he receipt. So make sure to ask for the receipt. Be careful coming to this location if you get the people I mentioned.

Sonic in Casa Grande never disappoints! Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or just stopping by for a drink, it always hits the spot. Gotta love the cherry limeade—seriously the best around! So refreshing and perfectly balanced. The service is always quick and friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. Love having this Sonic close by. Highly recommend stopping in, especially during Happy Hour!

Food (2 breakfast burritos) were fine, but the order took an extremely long time, over 15 minutes. This was with only one car in front of me. There were only 3 cars in the parking/serving spaces, so 15 minutes was much too long for a “fast food” restaurant.

The worse service ever very rude takes forever to get ur order. Takes for ever for them to even take ur order. And the drinks run all down the sides don’t even wipe it off. And there mouths are bad as well.
