They pretty much only care for themselves and when you’re right in front of them. Any other time they do the most minimalistic bull. Don’t even try and order online, you won’t get anything special you add or remove, they dont read the orders. Half the time my foods cold or not salted anyways.

I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. Me and my sister went and did the curbside pickup, I ordered a mcchicken meal deal and got a McDouble, when we went through the drive through the person said we had to go inside, not ONE TIME have we EVER had to go inside when we had a problem, EVERY TIME we had a problem they would take care of it at the drive through. So me and my sister go inside, after standing there and being ignored by the employees we just walked out. The food was one thing but being ignored by the workers is another, this is a reoccurring problem and it’s ridiculous.

When I finally got to second window, I could see it sitting there, waiting. The girl makes eye contact, goes to help make a mixed drink, comes back, looks threw bags, goes way again then finally opens the window to hand me someone else’s food.
Nope just the drink.
And imagine my surprise when the light brown drink is 75%full and …..uncarbonated.
So i get to go inside cause I’ll be dawned if I dont get caffeine
3 ppl look at me including assuming the manager based on shirt color, and ignore me

One star the worst experience I’ve had here waited 30 minutes for Carmel latte first I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting a a small sweet tea and cookies tote no one said anything to us about having to wait for the machine to be cleaned they decided to say something after I got fed up after waiting 20 minutes and as soon as I go to the drive thru they try to say they said tried to say something they never did then waited another 10 minutes for the last drink Never got told sorry from the manager or how can I fix your experience only nice person was the girl at the drive thru who had apologized.

I went through the drive through and asked for a caramel latte with extra caramel drizzle, i even specified that i would like “a crazy amount of caramel” i paid for extra caramel. i get to the window and there is no drizzle at all. i asked nicely if they could put the extra caramel drizzle. she said “i already put 2 extra pumps of caramel” i told her i didnt want extra flavoring and she took the coffee and lightly drizzled the top. i was a little frustrated but calmly asked if i could have a little more. she said no! i’m not at kroger buying my own caramel.

12/23/25 Christmas is literally right around the corner and most people these days are Scrooge or The Grinch. Staff here are the some most unfriendly people I have ever encountered. No one smiles or says thank you. Food is always cold. Tonight our McDoubles are cold, burnt and so incredibly dry. Someone needs taught how to flip a freaking burger, as well as proper food temps. May as well be trying to eat tree bark. Couldn’t even be helped with extra ketchup. Trashed it. Food is so expensive and to just throw it away makes it even worse. I should have snapped photos before they went in the garbage.

Went inside to place a to go order and they didn’t even know how to take cash.
Terrible service.
It was very dirty inside.
The trashcan was overflowing onto the floor.

It’s even lunch time and the Cheeseburger was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and I paid 5 dollars for a half way filled Frappe. Not going back here EVER!!!
