UPDATE, yeah, been 2 months now and still haven’t reimbursed me for the order I paid for but didn’t receive. I call, they claim it’s been submitted. What a poor way to treat your customers
UPDATE, well its been one month now since my visit where they over charged me and sold me the wrong product. I’ve had contact with corporate 3 times and still have not received a refund. What a wonderful way to run a company. When you pull up to a fast food drive thru and pay for food. Then proceed to the next window to pick it up and they inform they dont have what you paid for, but they need to substitute a cheaper item. You then get reimbursed the difference. Why is that so hard to understand. Its not the dollar amount that is the problem. Its the fact that you dont know how to correct a problem when you screw over a customer. Figure it out corporate!!!
Ordered 2 dozen donuts online last night and went to pick them up. When I got there they said they didn’t have the 8 specialty donuts in stock, they would need to substitute others. Well I already paid online and the ones they substituted were cheaper. When I asked how to get refunded for the difference they said ” oh, you need to do that online, they couldn’t do it”. I’m not real sure how to do that and I guess it’s up to me to reach out to corporate. We’ll see how that goes. Also when I get home I see there is atleast 4 donuts that we didn’t order. I don’t like the ones with raspberry or white cream filling. If I did, I would have ordered them. What a complete failure this order was. I guess I should have listened to Alicia and went to crumble cookie
