Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 of the #30. There is no VEGGIES IN THERE. I NEVER ordered them without the veggies ! Make sure your employees make sure order is correct I drove 20 mins to get my dinner and this was very disappointing. I waited 15 minutes on the food to come out and this is what I get, no napkins no forks. I WANT A REFUND OR A NEW ORDER. I will want a manager to get back to me. Thank you.

I went through the drive-through to order my food and I got The wrong order and had to go back , then they gave me the wrong order again. instead of giving me fresh food, they gave me what was just sitting there and it was a complete waste of money.

Stopped here on a whim, and was not disappointed. Ordered the seafood mix, and the food was cooked fresh. Obviously the wait was a bit longer than a fast food chain, but it was well worth it for freshly cooked food! The staff was friendly and the gal at the register provided lots of sauce options without being asked. The location is in complete “social distance mode” so seats inside are eliminated and everything was extra clean and separated with plexiglass partitions, but even through all the precautions you can see that the decor and design is thought out and creates a different experience. It’s the little stuff that sets a place like this apart!

Declined the veggies so they offered more rice or macaroni salad. The pork was pretty good, the mac salad was ok. Comparing to Big Island Hawaiin BBQ, I’d say Ono pork has a little more fat but simular flavor. The Ono mac salad wasn’t quite as good. Overall not bad, second place to Big Island.

The food was good but on of my kids meals was missing its juice box and apple sauce. It was too much trouble to go back and get them so just check your order before leaving
